If there is a no recall clause on the deal there is absolutely no point. Brighton are in a relegation scrap, if COG starts scoring here you can bet any money they will want him back, leaving us at a disadvantage.

I think Higdon will come good . I know he has had half a season and being kind , ain't done much , but Done could he his and our saviour imo .

Don't doubt the man's integrity but if COG was up there and you didn't want the press nebbing in you'd have to blag summat, I guess.

Not convinced that BHA will let him go in the predicament they are in at the mo. If Best gets injured then they will be screwed.
You still think it's a good possibility that he will play for us again this season?
 
Funny how some people are more willing to believe a mate of someone who they don't know than our own manager.
 
I've no idea where he's been or what he's been doing. I do know he remains our Number One (Number Nine really, I suppose!) target.

Eventually he will come here,latest in the summer Brighton welshed on the deal.

Got to give Clough credit for persistence and patience,if we do get him sooner Done and COG up front, the mind boggles.

Ah, the Higback, I think there are a few on here who are applying the pre-injury Miller principle, except Higosaurus arrived unfit and there was nothing more than a Dutch reputation to base an opinion upon.

There have been glimpses along the way, but there's a suspicion that Higdon may enjoy the company of Wallace in recovery, so the view that seems to be held is one of a man capable of looking after himself, but with little else in his locker at this level. We now have a squad that's looking strong, and it's really up-front that we could do with strengthening. Our best midfield could be phenomenal if Wallace can stay fit, and our defence, whilst not as good as I'd like, does at least look ok.

Absolutely he is. If and when he does they'll both be playing. It doesn't matter in what numerical 'formation' really.

Didn't go but according to Notts County commentary we waste numerous long balls up to Done cause we didn't have height to bring it down or win flick ons. When Higgo played in cup the defenders all went to him and left Che alone and he scored 2.
Stick him up there and if they bounce of a tree trunk he can do a job pulling defenders away from Done and Murffs

Ledessma, so that was who Real Madrid were banging on about during their Champions League run last year....cant believe all that fuss over a Middlesbrough player...

We have tried very hard to forget the rampaging goal machine that is Higgo !!! :rolleyes:
Perhaps he can be quietly sold to Chezvegas in the summer for £3.50 and a bag of shiny buttons (but NO friendly )

C O'G unused sub again yesterday. I've a feeling in my bones - season long loan with agreed deal for transfer in the summer.
