CONFIRMED Che Adams

Why would Adams have his yead turned by a mid table Championship club who are struggling to get meet our valuation?

It would be a sideways step going there. His agent will wait and see if anyone else comes in. And no doubt be putting his availability out there as well.

Can you provide more details?

In what way were they "giving it the big I am" with an entourage rather than simply having a drink with friends?

Not good being out at that hour I agree but was there behaviour otherwise unusual for a group of young lads?

At the time I was going out for a smoke, McNulty was deep in discussion with the doorman as to why he wasn't allowed in. That's when I thought it was a good idea to try and talk to him

I'm not the manager, I am a duty manager when on shift, but I fail to see what that has to do with anything

Trust me, i'm doing it for your own good young man! :) Being leathered at past three in the morning, and then a visit to the Casino and no sleep leads to hell, damnation, penury, liver disease and your employers wondering about your responsibility. However, I take your point about not being on shift. I'll shut me gob.:D

Now I am leathered I won't lie, however just seen Che Adams and Marc McNulty giving it the big I am outside Dempsey's at this hour. Now don't get me wrong I like these players but I don't want players in my team out at this hour when I assume they have training in a matter of hours

Dempseys?! ;);):eek::eek:

Unless that establishment has changed its "approach" since I lived in Sheffield, you must be on the wind up?!

Far from it, I rarely post on here, but read everyday. I'm not some chump trying to stir up shit. I told them that I wasn't happy that they were out at that hour when as I say I assume they have training in a matter of hours. I've nothing to gain from making up stories about the players of the team I love.

You were "leathered" though......maybe McNulty, with his flowing blonde locks was actually a bird being chatted up by the doorman who liked a little Che-ish....

Not when it's £1 a drink! And still open after West St Live, but seriously, just saying what I saw, some people won't believe it, but it's what happened :)

...them Scot's...wot they like..

Is it so hard to believe?
I know a certain group of Hull players are regularly out til silly AM.....one in particular who will remain nameless hammered, giving it the big licks and waving the notes around trying to get attention. (Always someone going to blow smoke up their Arse)
Needless to say same person went on to cause a bit of a stir and luckily for him got away with it by paying his way out of it. It happens every club in the land.

And I don't have an issue with football team mates bonding and generating a bit of morale as a result of a light drinking session.
However, these are Atheletes allegedly. They are paid very well to be professional, and represent thousands of people who are parting with their hard earned cash, and the football club.
Their job isn't hard....they have been playing football and generally fit all their lives. So they train for maybe 4 hours....possibly 6 and are expected to eat right and train the right way to be the athlete needed on the pitch.
This is 2016....not the old days of boozing. It's the basic expectation for players to be committed to a healthy lifestyle and professional attitude during the season.

So for me, Wilder should get a grip of it.
If they are out on the piss....fine them. Start training at 7am....and breath test/drug test every day. Anyone falling foul is fined heavily. They are fed by the club and then train before afternoon meal and more training. Finish at 3.
They should be leaving the training ground knackered and just wanting to relax.
Day off.....organise events.
Problem with lads with no ties and loads of money is that they end up getting bored and acting like fuckwits. They need to be kept entertained and busy. Fergie was a master at keeping players generally in check, it has to be done IMHO.

I'm not looking for some kind of argument, I'm saying what I've seen tonight. I personally don't think our players should be out on the razz 4 days before the first game of the season, but we all have our opinions
Adams probably on his way out but sparky should be getting his head down this season and giving it his all to prove he is a reliable L1 striker otherwise he can fuck off back to L2 where he spent last season.

Oh my word Che, you really, really fucking aren't.

Maybe you would be if you could out pace slow League One defenders, occasionally take a man on or even work the ball between your feet without falling over.

With the amount of hype though and his naturally low intelligence it's no surprise he's a deluded little fucker.

Expecting some movement on this soon... and Che was out last night.

Great news.

Wonder which stupid mugs are going to cough up for him...

There was a few twitter accounts saying that Brum are coming back with another bid wasn't there! I hope it happens before Saturday if it does so we can move on.

good riddance if all this is true

I remember going there once to Dempseys (hold it, hold it!) and looked around and thought to myself "why are there photos of men's arses all over the pub.....strange". Then, just in time before I bought a babysham, I bolted!

McNulty and Adams were out together down town with Freeman last Saturday too. Not sure if it's allowed or not to be honest

So Che and The Beard to go then?

It would be about right for us.

like a News of the World reporter, made your excuses and left? ;)

Disappointed in both of them for going out, because this sort of stuff always gets back to the club and it does them no favours. McNulty seems a decent lad but just can't stop living the lifestyle and as a result he's (probably) rubbed up previous managers as well as Wilder. It certainly wouldn't be something that I'd be pleased with days before a game and with training the next day. Can't they just go out on a Saturday, then there's no argument, unless we're playing on a Sunday! ;)

be a good one to bring up at a future meet the manager session. Funny it's often the same names cropping up, has Freeman taken up McGahey's place in the pisshead gang?

As for McNulty, the stories about him being out on the piss are so frequent, there's no doubt it will have significantly impacted his athletic ability.

For the right money; these moves if they come to fruition, would enable us to bring in the four quality players and in the case of Brayford save on wages. This obviously assumes that the money is released, I am however assured that unlike previous managers, Wilder is in control of a budget that he has agreed

For me it's simple, if they are off today it's fair game. If they are training this morning the they can both fuck off for all I care.
If they want to go out, if they HAVE TO go out, do it on a Saturday night after a 3-0 home win.
I don't doubt lawlessdan what so ever but I don't doubt Wilder either.

As I've said before, the money for Che has probably already been spent on our 7 new players.

Bollocks

I'm not wanting to be a dick but we don't actually know it's true.

I remember people going mental after someone said they saw Diego De Girolamo driving round town in a flash sports car. Turned out he drove a Fiat 500.

To be honest whether this is true or not it's no secret that Che in particular likes his pop. As I said, it's not for me to judge but let's hope he isn't blowing out of his arse after 60 minutes on Saturday, as he has been so many times before.
