No, i just think its very amusing how the two biggest Montgomery fans want to give some critism to the player who replaced him thats all.

Keith was pants shoreham IMO.

Nade changed the game when he came on, he and CKR should start the next game.

Im not critising im just saying when he 1st came on he didnt look comfortable im not saying he is a bad player or anything we know he needs to get used to it and im sure he will become a great player

I think there's a difference between saying a player had a poor spell and just saying they are crap full stop.

But hey....

Excellent point yesterday, but we were poor for large spells of the game. First half was terrible, but loads of credit for Warnock for changing things around. There was far too much long ball which their massive players dealt with easily. When we played football we looked good, and when Nade came on, he bossed them. Monty and Leggy doesn't look like it works to me, maybe Law will get a run. Hulse, AWESOME. Anyone know the extent of Davis' injury? CKR, what a finish.

Rubbish, he made space and passed the ball simple and quickly.

Something Montgomery failed to do.

For the first 10 mins, we didn't have a midfield. We'd totally lost the midfield at that stage. Leggy was virtually centreback, we had a defence and an attack, but nobody in the centre.

Then he settled down and the rest of our midfield came back into it.

Having watched him plenty I know what he can do and how good he can be, it doesn't make the spell just after he came on any different though.

Morgan was my MOTM. If Claude is back before Tonge, Claude and Morgan CBs and push Jags to Midfield.

Despite his first 3 touched in Saturday's game, I actually thought Monty had a better game than he did against Newcastle. Still poor though and a poor choice by Warnock to play him. Those of you in the mind set that "Monty is good for breaking play up", can I just ask you what Warnock's thinking was playing him today? Against a team of 6 footers who play long ball, we need midfielders who can get the ball on the floor and play football.

Another big mention for the ever-dependables.

I thought he had a far worse game than he did against Newcastle, as did all the midfield until 60/70mins in. Monty had a bad game, Quinny had a bad game, Leggy had stages of poor play, I think Gillespie did alright and didn't really deserve to go off at half time, but it worked!

I think we underestimated their strength and it's the first time this season I think we've been poor. We made the right changes though and in the end got a very good point!

Though Keith was the worse out of all of them tbh.

Not at all good enough for the premiership, as a winger his job is to run at fullbacks and get the ball in the box.

He doesnt do that.

Touch for touch, Monty was poorer against Newcastle.

As for "us" underestimating Bolton's strength, who did?

I certainly didn't :), their strength is the only reason they're where they are in the league.

I went for Nade... his introduction seemed to turn things around and he played a part in both goals :)

Think Paddy's gonna win it though.

I didn't either... what I meant was, I think the coaching staff thought we'd cope a lot better in the physical battles with the team we started with, especially midfield. To some extent I thought we'd do better too, but too many players had bad games.

Bolton are a very good team, which shows with their current position. This is why I think it was an excellent point in the end.

The people behind us in the JSS want their heads looking at... "we should be turning over teams like bolton". Erm... why?, 3rd in the Premiership and always cause the big boys problems.
