There’s nothing I can say that others haven’t already and to be honest have said better than I could. I’ve listened to the pod since 2019 and always loved seeing that the next one was available.

Listening to it over the years has genuinely made me feel like both Beans and Roygbiv are mates that I just hadn’t met yet and the day I do, I would love to by them a beer.

Beans and Roygbiv please never underestimate the impact you’ve had on people with the pod, I’ll always be thankful for the times you got me through both personally and blades related

Thanks for everything, enjoy the retirement and I really hope I get chance to buy you both that beer!

Echo what others have said, really gutted it’s coming to an end but respect the decision. My highlight over the years of listening will definitely be driving around the Highlands and saving up about 6 hours worth of the podcast with my girlfriend moaning about having it on all day and then succumbing to actually enjoying it. Genuinely thank you to you Ben, Woy, and everyone else who has been a part of this podcast. Some of my favourite moments include when Ben and Jay got extremely excited over Zivkovic and Retsos, the special with 4 Blades in the pub talking about the promotion season, and honestly, keeping me pretty sane in lockdown with the review episodes. I really enjoyed reliving the triple assault season through you both! It was a huge part of my week and I'll be really sorry to see it go. Just know, you'll always have an audience if you ever decide to bring it back.

Very sad to hear the Bladespod era has come to an end. I echo so many of the comments on here - probs listened to every episode… a sweet chance to relive a win, or some catharsis after a loss. Almost always agreed with the takes and emotions you guys were expressing.

As others have said, it’s been particularly important for me as a blade who’s not lived in Sheff for many years - genuine thanks for helping us keep close to my club and city.

On reflection probably my number 1 ever podcast! A new bladespod always went straight to the top of my queue. All the best to you both.
