Yeah he’s got 12 games to get into the side, start scoring, or it could be a short stay over there. Fingers crossed he’s fit and ready from the off.

Decent deal in some respects for him. If he doesn't like it, he's not really put down roots there. Worst case scenario it's an extended, presumably lucrative, jaunt in the sun of California.

I read an article saying he might have to settle for a place on the bench.

But then it was justified saying that although Chicharito is injured, there is some New Zealand International and also a Serbian International.

Then you read further and see that they are one of the lowest scorers in the league and the Serbian guy has 2 goals in 20 games. I doubt Billy would go there to sit it out whilst some 1 in 10 striker hogs a spot against what often look like League One defences and keepers.

Have you seen the latest Messi clip? Basically passes the ball 30 yards into the net and the keeper hardly moves his feet.

Hope Billy smashes it. LA Galaxy also have a game in hand so they could have a late run if they can get Billy the chances.
