I am fan of Ozzy. Gives us energy in midfield and has a good cross on him however I think his defending is suspect and he is too short so cannot compete in the air particularly against some of the physical sides in the Championship. Not sure if we should offer him a new contract but if we did it would have to be on reduced wages.

Don't think the left wing back would necessarily have to defend many long or high balls ,unless the left centre back was bombing on ( which hasn't happened since joc got injured

If he can't get in the team ahead of an underperforming RND and Stevens then his goose is cooked (Robinson and Davies can also play left back). I'd keep him around as a squad player if the club is skint and stays down but should promotion happen (im glass half empty on that) then get rid.

He was back in training I think last week or the week before. (back on the grass as every manager seems to say these days)

I like Osborn but if we get promoted we need to get shot of him next season if we want to stay up. And lots of others.
