We tried him as a wide forward at one point he looked too slow and uninterested

I didn't like his attitude either, but if we're thinking of automatic promotion we still need another forward of that sort of quality
Ideally one good with his feet who can run in behind, exactly like him
BBD coming in meant he was pushed aside having not really done a lot wrong, in fact if anything he’d done alright down the left. He's definitely a decent goalscorer, can run in behind, has pace and would bring something different to all our other options... but I didn't really like his attitude last season.
He seemed to down tools and BBD made him look even worse.
I'd pass, to be honest. I like the look of the characters we've brought in and I'm not sure Archer fits.
Yes, we need both. A CF alternative, and unless that CF is of emphatically high quality, someone to play to the left of the CF as well who'll reliably score goalsCannon is decent enough at going in behind. Decent finisher. Not great at link up.
I reckon he'd be a good addition, but I think we need a K Moore alternative too. Another big guy that can knit things together.
His attitude would change quickly if he was in a winning team scoring for fun. I doubt the Boro fans had any problem with himArcher would certainly get goals and I’m not sure I’d focus too much on an attitude of a forward player in a side that was defensively the worst the premier league era has seen.
We seem to have forgiven or forgotten attitudes of Sousa and Anel quite quickly.
Let them get their pants pulled down on a convoluted loan deal this season then!Southampton bound
