I think I'll be U21 for this one :)

Did I ever mention that I'm only 16?

I'll have to meet Tyra before the match for some age reversing make-up techniques :D

What, tips on how not to do it? ;)

Charlton is a good away trip, one I've enjoyed the last few times down there :) The stewards are fairly sensible and there's usually a good atmosphere.

I loved the trip to the Valley when were in't prem.

Sun shining, beer flowing, adrenaline pumping, great equaliser, mammoth celebrations coinciding with an incredible Blades following and backing, non stop singing. You would have thought there was no Charlton fans at the match!

Too far for me this time round though as a run of the mill championship match

Some advice from the London Blades would be appreciated. We're staying in Southwark (yes, the stab-proof vests are already packed). We'll be travelling to somewhere the other side of the river to deposit my mother (who will happily proceed to get lost in shops).

What's the best way to get to The Valley?

Is it train or would you recommend tube and bus as FGG advocates?

And for anyone making the trip down, Rose of Denmark :D

Tube and bus if you're coming across the river, Jubilee Line to North Greenwich and then a 486 bus that takes about 10 minutes, but just check that there is nothing on at the O2 that evening or it gets mad on the way back at North Greenwich. National rail will get you there from London Bridge pretty quickly but they do get very busy on a Saturday.

Foxy! Foxy!

CLICKY

N-DUBZ!

oh deary me :D

"Dappy" was on a repeat of Nevermind the Buzzcocks on Dave last night... Someone not a million miles away has one of his hats I believe lol.

I feel we have done ourselves a disservice in making our knowledge of shit music known to the public... we should back away from this thread forthwith.

So... Charlton then... :D

Rose of denmark... that where we went last season?

NDUBZ should be packed off to france.

check out Keenzs barnet on the picture :D

Haha, i had a dog on my head at teh time :D

Personally, recommend train from London Bridge-was packed with Blades last 2 seasons going and returning home

...Also theres a pub, The George about 2mins from London Bridge where a lot of 'London Blades' used to meet up

i cant even remember where the pub is from the ground!

This is what you're looking out for:

And this map shows:

A = the pub

Right. We're off to London from tomorrow.

I am now available on my "old" number after porting it across to my new phone. My old number is the one that ends in "707" and will be the one that most people have. If you need me, give me a call.

I should imagine we will be in the Rose of Denmark just after dinner on Saturday :)

There is another very big pub on the way to teh away end on Charlton Church Lane, just before the tube station.

Team:

Blades: Kenny, Halford, Morgan, Kilgallon, Beattie, Sun, Speed, Howard, Sharp, Quinn, Naughton.
Subs: Naysmith, Henderson, Webber, Dyer, Spring.

Looks like he has gone back not even on the bench.
