He'd be better just having an official SUFC account pumping out bland sound bites. These things never end well
 



Since the second Jim and co have got involved in our club he and they look completely and utterly out of their depth. In running a football club and especially on social media.

It doesn't surprise me that he wants to walk away,

He's as out of his depth on Twitter as his troupe are owning and running a football club.
 
Don't know why people get angry when we win. I do however think losing in this division is unacceptable and I will never change my mind on that.

Jim should just take it on the chin, speak to his mate Sela who understands the mind of a football fan. It's not personal, it's football.

As Senior members of the board I'm not bloody well surprised.

They should rightfully be embarrassed by our efforts so far this season.
 
Maybe it is just the start of Jim and the Prince distancing themselves from the club, one thing is for sure it looks like the game changing investment has dried up.

They've been the best bunch we've had in my opinion. Backed cough like no other manager in recent times. Fronted up to fans and tried to get some positivity going with the fans, which worked when we had some momentum but was always going to turn sour when times got tough.
 
It was me that Jim had the meltdown with earlier.

I sent a bit of sarcastic tweet at the end of today's match implying we had beaten a divisional powerhouse (this is after NA spent all week calling 2nd bottom Colchester dangerous ffs) and that I bet Jim is mega proud.

The Co-Chairman of our football club replied with:

"I am sure I don't deserve your silly abuse, pal. I'm glad to get the 3 points. Let's build a run of form. #onwards"

I replied with a calm and rational reply of:

"You're the chairman of a massively underachieving football club, change that and the digs might stop #youarenotmypal

Then rather than engage me in a civilised conversation he began to make out he was being continually abused personally.

So I sent him a private message to take things away from the public spotlight and to build a more calm conversational platform to maybe exchange opinions and dialogue.

Me "I see you don't reply when I make a reasoned come back. The word abuse is questionable also, you really should be a little more thick skinned if you are to continue to engage with a large disgruntled fanbase. The way your consortium has run the club over the last few years needs to be constantly questioned. We are not progressing in any way and you seem to be fine with that."

Jim "No it is not questionable. Your behaviour is moronical"

Me "Moronical? I'd say letting a club of SUFC's size fester in this division with a bloated squad paying wages to 34 Year Old journeymen and selling every bit of talent we have, is slightly more moronic than send the odd mocking tweet your way. You're a grown man in charge of a club with highly emotional local ties, expect some mocking if you are not achieving. If you don't either leave, change your ethos or close your account."

So there you go, the full story.

I've left the part out when he went on an ego massaging exercise, for the next 3 hours, conversing only with people who called him great and thanked him for being on twitter.

If it's the one about beating a powerhouse then why? We won and it's just as important as beating anyone else, a hard earned 3 points and winning when playing shite is the most crucial type of win. why 15mins after final whistle were you criticising us?
 
So you tagged him in a tweeted been a sarcastic douche? If it wasn't to provoke and get a reaction (some may call that abuse) then why tag him in it? Why not be happy we got 3 points against a team battling to survive in the division?

We really have some fans who are not happy and will continue to find fault whether we win, lose or draw. The mind boggles. Do these people prefer it and actually feel satisfied when we loss because it suits their agenda and opinion?

Because I'm fed up of scraping draws and wins against teams we should be dominating and board members being delighted by it.
Because I'm fed up of papering over the cracks and everyone saying how lovely the new wallpaper is.
Because I'm fed up of watching other clubs get their ideas together and bypass us at a rate of knots while we fester in this division.
Because I'm fed up of our so called co-chairman being nothing more than a cheerleading avatar on social media.

If he's too ill or too sensitive to visit his place of work, then he should leave and give his high profile role to an individual that can fulfil the role to its maximum potential.

We shouldn't be dominating we have to earn it. This board have chucked a Hell of a lot of money at it to for us to earn that right. They want the same as us. don't punish them for the past fuck ups. I'm guessing you wanted Blackwell, Wilson out, clough out ?? No instant success so let's force em out? Let's build something and earn the right to dominate.
