I find it weird how Seriki seems to be the fall guy with both managers, Selles had him the furthest player up the pitch whilst also playing right back so it's not surprising he was caught a bit out of position sometimes, but compared to some of the other defenders he's never really done much wrong. We needed more options at right back but signed centre back Godfrey to play there, then after he retired from playing mid game, we put our only competent centre back Tanganga out there before switching to an awkward sort of back five with Ogbene looking a bit lost at wing back. Now Seriki is bombed out of the squad entirely to let a hopeless dwarf midfielder be the right back cover on the bench. The one thing that has terrified other teams this season is direct running at them, taking one of the only players in the squad that actually does that out is madness.

Today's starting linueup had better work as there isn't a single player on the bench that offers something different, just a bunch of mundane straight swaps.

What's this weird fixation on Davies? He's a nice guy but he's injured every other game, Wilder should know better than to focus on him in interviews.

The attack option of 1 again is beyond bizarre though.
