Stubborn tactics by Wilder very reminscent of Hecky. Plan A. When plan A doesn't work, make some subs and stick with plan A as clearly it's the players not working, not the tactics. If players are injured pick plan A anyway and cram square pegs into round holes. When that still doesn't work, make some subs and stick with plan A.

The problem now is that everyone knows what plan A is, and everyone also knows what little protection Gilchrist gets and targets his wing all the time, or they know how poor Peck and partner are and just run at them with the ball.

Wilder can blames injuries and too many matches all he wants, but tonight is on him and he needs to look at performances over the last two months and ask himself if they've been good enough.

Two dogshit performances in a row despite results. Awful football.

Wve got too many players on who need to be supplied and nobody to create anything, can't remember a worse debut for a striker since Brewster
Absolutely this and yet none of the galaxy brains we employ can see it

If they don't think he's the man long term he should be gone now rather than waiting. This is a disgrace tonight
Yeah but that rarely happens does it … but he’s really no clue …

His current tactics right now is to Chuck everyone on and hope for the best

prioritizing 20mil of attackers instead of replacing Souttar and Arblaster is probably going to cost us promotion, that should have been the first business we did
And should we be remotely surprised given Wilders record with recruitment of late?

Which was the problem the last time he was here. So once again, why the hell are we bothering?
Caretaking whilst the takeover business was sorted out? But has exceeded expectations this season, thanks to some decent signings/loans in the summer?

I've found everything about this game absolutely fucking infuriating. Us, them winning, the lino (and you know he'll be the scapegoat), our walking football, our defending. Maybe because we've been losing for most of it, but every bloody, thing!

Despite all this one goal and we're back in it, come on!!

In some peoples opinions he's out performing expectations,. but that team is nowhere near as bad as most have made out to be. We've been playing an awful style all season that was always asking for trouble. Creating very little and being heavily reliant on last ditch defending.

Cannon never got a chance today because we never played to his game.

I fear if this is the style of play we continue with, he will not get many opportunities to score because we cannot get him the ball..
Like with McBurnie, given how we tried to use him you'd have to imagine Wilder never actually watched him play before.

A huge 7 days coming up where our promotion choices will be decided by who we bring in. We know Kenny is coming in but it's who else that bothers me. We simply must sign a central midfielder.

We have some good players now and they need top coaching/ fine tuning and that I'm afraid will have to be someone else

We need CB support and we need to find someone who can actually create something.

With most top sides in this situation they'd have enough about them to possibly pull off something mad in the last 15 minutes

But not us

Also if the new guys pockets aren't actually that deep, this could have been a very very destructive week

We aren't going to create chances playing wide players that can't or won't cross. Anel and Robinson at the cb massively worries me. They don't work together at all.

Tonight, hull players have out worked us and won every 50/50.
