Pigs mocking the death of GB

We’ve certainly got our share of scummy twats. This disgusting individual at 15:45 needs banning and charged with assault (spitting on the Wednesday fans, dirty get)

Not to mention others letting us down again by chucking bottles down onto the Wednesday fans.

Embarrassment to the club and make me feel ashamed to be a blade. Next time we have 10 rows blocked off at the front of the upper tier costing us thousands, remember his face.

Hope they’re found and arrested and hope the stewards are sacked.

Sorry, just seen this has already been covered.

I wish they were ten a penny mate, especially in Sheffield. Maybe then I'd be able to recruit one. I hope we get his CV passed to us.... an interview I'd enjoy conducting.
Give him the old Claude Littner hair dryer treatment

And... as I mentioned earlier... he's only been working there since May so with less than two years' service, his protections are pretty few.
Maybe I'm not sure when the new government's of protection right from day 1 becomes law, that said gross misconduct will overrule any sackings for perceived misdemeanours.

In general I would agree with your closing sentence , but this kid’s act was so disgusting and abhorrent that it’s not difficult to argue that he deserves everything he gets as a result of it .

For future reference , the expression is ‘beyond the pale’ and originates from the 14th. Century Norman invasion of Ireland. The territory claimed by the forces would be marked by a wooden fence called an ‘pale’ and those who lived outside it were considered to capable of wild and unruly behaviour .

When I was a kid , we used to call the slats on a wooden fence ‘palings’ . I don’t know if anyone still does but it is obviously from the same root .
Before I took early retirement almost 10 years ago I worked for a national company and your T&Cs which never changed which always had a clause of what you did in your private life that brought your employer into disrepute was a gross misconduct offence. Mobile phones and social media have made it easier for you to bring your employer into disrepute by your actions (those described in this thread)I simply I can't grasp why someone in this day and age thinks you won't be outed when you you act like a complete cunt.

If the notion of consequence hasn't figured in this twat's thinking then it soon will do. An appalling need for attention, based purely on hurting others no matter
how low you have to go. I was about to say 'the worst of the worst', trouble is they have form for scraping the bottom of the sewer, and in case anyone imagines we don't have
a vocal minority willing to compete with their scandalous behaviour, think again. Bottom line, of course this is unforgiveable, but it doesn't matter who crosses a line, it's wrong, period.

I can’t understand why someone would do it. He must know in the days of social media this would get out and ruin his life.

Can't believe it or understand it. FFS he set up a fundraiser and raised money for someone who died of blood cancer https://www.gofundme.com/f/30-miles-walk-for-haris-blood-cancer-awareness-month

Can only think now that he did that for some sort of personal gain, obviously has no respect for the dead or the grieving.
Doing a bad thing doesn’t necessarily make him a bad person. For all we know he could be a good guy who in a moment of madness did something utterly stupid. But he’s ruined his life over it and can’t argue he deserves the repercussions that will come his way

Wonder how he'd react if someone held up a "where's Haris Hussain" gif. Save your sympathy for someone who deserves it. More than a moment of madness obvious he set that up on his phone in advance.

You would imagine he’d be pissed off and rightly so. Still doesn’t make him necessarily a bad person though. If one bad act undid a lifetime of good deeds there would be a lot of bad people in the world.

This has sent new ripples around, it's now in the Daily Mail and god knows where else, only serving to open up wounds that have barely started to heal and hurt people who are still suffering from this. I'm not sure why you are so invested in sympathising with this cunt.

I don’t have any sympathy for him. Unless he’s absolutely stupid he will have known his picture would get out in the press and the repercussions which would come his way so he deserves whatever happens. I definitely think he should be sacked and needs a police caution.

Where we disagree is that you think he’s clearly a wrong un and would only do good for personal gain. I just don’t think it’s ever as simple as that. Good people do make bad choices and no one is ever 100% bad. Hopefully he regrets it and looks to make good on it in time.

A few years ago it seemed everyone coming out of university became a QS, it was the ‘geography teacher’ of a generation. Maybe they’ve all moved up the ladder now and no one is in behind them to do the donkey work.
100% correct... I'm in that camp (albeit a bit more than a few years ago now).

We have so many people at senior level or close. There's a definite gap at lower levels and I'm not surprised. It's a dreadful job 😂

I get what you are saying, just angry about it, and sick to the back teeth of this sort of thing

Following on from his employers original statement where they promised to "release a full statement later", i'd guess they're dragging out their 'investigation' until the public anger blows over and he can keep his job.

I'm not usually one for mob law but the fact this slabhead twat was singing songs about Baldock when entering the ground I hope he gets some serious consequences his way.

Looks like 'spitting wanker' will be getting a knock on the door from SYP sometime soon, too.
"Under investigation", apparently.
Hopefully a lifetime ban and an uncomfortable court appearance at least.

Lol, I actually would quite like to be involved in that court appearance. Alright, we all do stupid stuff when we're pissed up or with out mates etc but it would be fantastic to hear him stand there and explain how he, technically an adult, was spitting on people because he didn't like the team they supported.

This is exactly why public shaming for people needs to be more common place. I don't want them fired from their jobs, I don't want their lives ruined and I would never bring myself to ever be one of the people who pressure their employers to sack them. I would however make it very public so everyone can see what a cunt they are. More fun.

Lifetime ban? And do you think he deserves a jail sentence?

Let’s hope so, jail term for me. Disgusting loathsome individual who brings shame on himself, family and Sheffield United fans.

Did wonder if he was a regular given where he was, to the left hand side of the upper tier. I would like to think a proper blade wouldn’t do that? Maybe some coked up piss head lowlife.

Saying that who knows, there’s some right cretins follow us who need kicking out.

I’m not sticking up for him by any means as I can’t stand spitting in general never mind at someone but has any one actually considered he might have directed it towards the other clown in the lower tier who held up the Where’s Baldock sign on his phone in anger?

For me jail and a lifetime ban would be very harsh in those circumstances, albeit it’s still a disgusting act nonetheless.
