Poor ball from Vine Souza, not sure why he tried the more difficult pass when he had so many easy options, easily cut out by their player.
Hamer then forced to foul and take a yellow card to stop the attack.

Not enough possession, needless fouls too.. could concede at this rate

Yep, the search for a striker goes on. Moore just isn’t good enough. Absolute basic rule of striker play - run to the front post behind your defender. He clearly has had that lesson

Without tempting fate, this team is great watching going forward… they scare me to the death at the back!

Hull look a decent team, pass it around nicely (mainly along the back line)........then you realise they have zero penetration.

Reminds me of the football we played under Robson, Weir and Jokanovic

Some poor performances out there today.
Souza
Moore
OHare

blaster barely been in the game.

Some of our possession has been very wasteful, panicked and careless.

Saki & Hamer played well. Defensively i think we’ve been decent. Central Midfield is where we are weakest today.

Moore is absolutely infuriating. Could’ve had one but chose not to shoot, inexplicably. Could’ve had another but for some reason checked his run when it was played to where he was headed.

He’s fucking levels off McBurnie.

HT

These look ripe for the taking, either on the counter or forcing turnovers of possession. Moore can't and hasn't punished that. Brewdog, with a bit more pace, might. Straight swap at the half, get a second, then Peck/Brooks for Blaster/Hamer to avoid possible second yellows

Weird game..

We've failed to take our chances, given the ball away quickly when in possession but look most dangerous team.

Wouldn't be against going to a 4-3-3 now we have lead.

Take O'Hare off and put extra body in middle.

Try and hit them on counter.

And probably highly frustrated as well. Some of his off the ball movement has been great, but we’ve opted for the tippy tappy stuff. His knock downs have been good and I’m sure it will come.
So what? What’s it matter if we played him through? He’d only run the chance into fuck all like he always seems to on a breakaway.
