For those who would consider selling Bogle, the big question is, within a reasonable budget, with whom do you replace him?

I'm not as in tune with the players around nowadays so can't directly answer that but say 5m to replace Bogle is surely plenty? He's no George Baldock.

Use one of the 5 loans if Curtis is as good as the hype he got when he signed. There will be options for experienced right backs from the PL that will do us for a season, especially if we’ve secured O’Hare as that’s one attacking spot that is taken and won’t need the loan there.

If Anel and Sousa leave, throw in Slimane as well and then the possibility that both Bogle and Hamer leave that would leave about 3 starters from last season. That really is an eye opener if it ends up that way and something I don’t think I’ve ever seen before at the club?

Even if Moore and O’Hare arrive that’s only 4 in to date. We’d still need about another ten signings

Are you privi to the contract he's been offered!.Maybe Curtis was brought in because Bogle had implied he wernt signing an extension! We just don't know do we !.

2) We are not a promotion rival of anybody, promotion candidates will have a squad that is 1) good enough, and 2) Been working together for the last few weeks

I think our squad could come together quite quickly.

I am not too worried about if our squad hasn't played together for the whole or preseason, I just want them to use preseason to get fit, sort out injuries.

Not saying we are promotion candidates at this stage but let's see how things pan out. Bogle will make his own mind up but in reality leeds could be in a worse place than us with their wage bill etc. No point jumping ship unless you know its a better place your going to

Could look to do something with him as part of the Anel to Wolves deal

And wasn't there a full back at Villa we were linked with at the start of the summer? Plymouth loanee I think?

Imo, Leeds won’t pay £7m
They’ll either wait 6 months and get him on pre contract agreement and pay fk all, or us and Leeds will compromise and meet somewhere between the £3m and £7m. Perhaps a lower fee with add ons making the value up to somewhere nearer?

No I get you - Transfermarkt saying he's worth about €4.5mil now - so around the 3 Leeds are offering for Bogle.

Perfect situation would be get the 7, 3 for KJH and 4 for Worral - but I've got a mate who's a Leeds fan who's adamant they won't pay anything more than 3 as there's "better options out there"

I rate him but his fitness is always a concern, doesn't he have metal in his knee?

I understand the fitness concerns, but I think Bogle would be a huge loss. He's consistently been one of the best players under Wilder, didn't look too out of place in the Premier League and should easily be one of the best RB/RWB in the Championship.
