CONFIRMED Tyler Bindon

Part of a defence that has conceded 57 goals in 40 games and wilts under any kind of pressure. Is he really thst good that we need to sign him for what would be big money? Give me a 6ft 4in monster over him any day.
If we could get him for a few million then I'd definitely sign him, finance it with selling bombscare Tanganga

I think either of Bindon or Tanganga would be fine paired with a proper dominant centre back. Tanganha wd be a decent covering centre back with his pace but we need someone who is going to clear everything out when the ball comes in and we have done ever since Souttar got injured

Hopefully Millwall get promoted and we get Cooper who's well used to playing with Tanganga

PACE? F in PACE? Seriously you think he had Pace.

Yep hes quick for a centre back, did u see any of his first games with us? No coincidence he looked a better player with Cooper at his side at Milleall.

Don't get me wrong I dont think hes a world beater and i thought at the time he was a strange signing. However you need to realise that given what we paid for him and the wages hes on he will be here next season.

Nope. Seriously you reckon Tanganga is quick for a centre back? Watched him at Millwall and no idea why we signed him. He really is abysmal.

Still a lot of development left in him and I think he'll have a decent career.

Shame he's not a Blade as I wouldn't have minded seeing that journey continue here, but wouldn't be interested in another loan.
Yeah he’ll have a good career.

You’re absolutely right about not getting him back on loan. I think there should be better options available for loan rather than a development player for a position through the spine

Our best CB last season (low bar)
I'd welcome him back but no way THAT will happen under Wilder.
Wilder did not select him, dismissed him (and Zatterstrom) as always because he is the embodiment of the antithesis of what
third rate journeyman Wilder seeks
EXPERIENCED aka overpaid fellow Journeymen who may have a clue what to do
Unlike Wilder.
Had height, top character and a good long pass which is ideal for the 3-4-3 system we should have utilized the last two seasons
BASED SOLELY ON GETTING THE BEST FROM OUR BETTER/BEST PLAYERS
Rather than the fashion or ideology 'we' employ destroying ourselves under the imbecile.

He also seems to be able to throw it watching him the other day.
What he does NOT have is pace - which is why I do not think he will play for Forest in the Prem
and would therefore be available unless someone like Coventry or Hull want him.
(Whether he would be interested in playing under Wilder is another matter.)
But then again Bobby Moore was poor in the air and slow but won the World Cup alongside the bloke who did all his defensive heading
Jack Charlton
Another top bloke that I wanted as our manager
Primarily based on his TV coaching series that was broadcast around the 1978 WC won by Argentina
I remember him commenting on how players like Mario Kempes played one twos for themselves using the opponents as the wall.
That when we had Harry Haslam taking us to the fourth
primarily by selling young players like Keith Edwards and Imre Veradi and signing far inferior but expensive players like Jock Finneston from Chelsea.
Or even more infamously Don Givens from QPR - where Edwards former co striking partner Simon Stainrod could have been at the time.
You'd think an alleged fan like Wilder would have learned from those mistakes rather than repeating them on steroids.

Bindon was not a good defender for us. He had patches.

Sam McCallum was better

And second was Tanganga, who I thought was shit for most of the season, had his one good game against Boro away. He was a one man team that day.

That performance made him the better defender than Bindon.

FWIW, I expect Tanganga to come good.

Get a decent partner alongside him and an actual spine to the side in front of him and he'll be reyt.
