What's this based on? His hair?If he was half as good as he thinks he is we should snap him up.
But, he isn't.

Once people realised he was a striker he scored goals, was played as a winger in his first season at BlackburnNot as good as some people think he is.
Apart from a golden patch at Blackburn has struggled to score goals.
Not exactly in a position to be picky and he's probably a better option than osula and jebbo right nowNot as good as some people think he is.

AyeNot as good as some people think he is.

Aye
Albeit a (prolonged) 2 season “golden patch”of 36 goals in 80 games !
What's wrong with that?
If we stay up, we can afford to buy someone better, and if we go down, we're not sadlled with someone on big wages.
What exactly is 'lazy scouting' ??Very meh signing for me....stinks of lazy scouting, surely there are better options...?

The best ability is availabilityHave a watch of those goals. A fair few penalties and a lot of comical defensive blunders.
Couple of great finishes but the majority put on a plate for him by teammates.
He's not a great ball carrier or passer either.
A downgrade on Mcburnie imho.
Be interesting to get Roygbiv view from Villarreal.

Saw him a few times last season for Blackburn and thought he was OK but always worked hard and has goals in him. Another option instead of McBurnie with his height and strength, compared to our other strikers.
It would only be a forgein loan as we have 3 slots available Im guessing. (1/4 with Larouci)?
Mint thatTeaching a half knot instead of a sheet bend
He's 24 with his best years ahead, what's the obsession with another young striker?...Back to setting fire to wads of money again.
Money that could otherwise have been used for a younger striker for next season in the Champ.
I'm sure most of us would have been happy if we'd signed him in the summer on the back of last season and the year before.Very meh signing for me....stinks of lazy scouting, surely there are better options...?
