Norwood and Souza get in each others way and should not be starting together. They lose possession, and play too deep. One or the other not both. It doesn't help Hamer's game either. We keep losing the midfield battle. This is why.

It's time for hecky to do what he did at Sunderland away, following luton at home last season.

That was his best bit of management so far, for me.

Show some bravery.
I’m not sure what he did, or the team he picked. But it will have contained Illiman so infinitely better than any of the 11 today.

UTB !

Norwood shouldnt be anywhere near that team
Looks worse every week
Its almost cruel to watch him look so forlorn and broken

A win isn’t enough for me. It has to be a convincing win and not a scrappy goal where we defend a 1-0 lead for 85 minutes with 11 players behind the ball every second.

Just seen that he’s opted for 5 at the back again, he’s signed his own p45 I think.

I’d take a crappy 1-0 victory right now !

If we’re scraping a 1-0 victory against the ‘easier’ teams then we don’t have a chance for the rest of the fixtures
I understand that train of thought, but 3 points is all that counts in the situation we are in.

Is useless NORWOOD going to give away another penalty away via VAR or a dangerous free kick close to penalty box like he has last 2 games or is their any chance today he will be more careful with those tackles

I wouldn't trust him, to tackle a 2 piece jigsaw without the picture
