Can't people just wait? Or at least read?

Manchester. United. Play. On. The. Thursday. Meaning. Their. Game. Is. 100%. On. The. Sunday.

This. Means ours. Will. Be. Saturday.

It. Is. Not. Difficult.
And. There. Is. A. UEFA. Blackout. Meaning. It. Cannot. Kick. Off. At. 3.30. Like. Last. Year. Which. Was. Because. Of. Rail. Disruption. And. There. Was. No. EFL. Blackout. Last. Year.

That's not my point. My point is in my post.

Could be extreme rail disruption again this time…..strike days for April not announced yet
I have a mate who works at Trans Pennine Express and he tells me Aslef are back in for negotiations on 4th April.

Any strike action to affect 22nd April has to be announced by 8th April so hopefully the discussions get off to a promising start.

As for travelling within London, there are ongoing Tube strikes which I have no info on but there's always the bus, or Shanks' Pony.

RMT hasn't announced their April strike dates yet for their members working for the TOCs.

Fair point, actually.

Mate also said he didn't see any more strikes happening but hasn't replied to my message yet asking him for his reasoning.

Hopefully RMT and Network Rail settling will focus minds to sort other disputes out, or at least for good progress to be made beyond the 8th April cut off point!

There are trains to donny at 20.30 and 22.00. If you take the 22.00 you miss the last connection to Sheffield.
If you are booking train back to Donny have a look at booking to Retford.
We looked to book for 6 adults £576 to Donny and £144 to Retford .
Then it's only a fiver Donny return.
Saving over £400 😲

Splitmyfare.co.uk is also a good site. It does all of that for you.
You do have to sometimes move seats/carriages on the same train though at certain stops

Our game should be played at Old Trafford or Villa Park
Wembley is located in a complete toilet with an infrastructure inferior to Mogadishu.
The return journey travel time by coach is around 6 hours.
Unlikely you'd get a train if ko is at teatime.
Seen us in 1 cup semi at old Wembley and 1 at new along with 3 PO finals and the results were less hurtfull than the journeys. Cardiff was an easier trek v Wolves as was Old Trafford v Arse and Newcastle.
At least when we lost the 2 legged PO game at The Lane against Bristol City it only took 30 mins to get home. Carl $%%^&(^&£" Shutt!!!!!
Indeed, a teatime kick-off is ridiculous for getting a train.

However, the public transport system around Villa Park has been heavily criticised recently.

Err, what about the London Marathon. That might just mean a bit of a travel nightmare. Sunday 23rd April I believe...
Apologies if it's been mentioned before.

I love this thread. We'll get to 100 pages and all we will have done is gone 'round in circles. "It says Satdi 3pm on sufc.co.uk... When was that confirmed?... It hasn't been... It's Satdi... When?... Dunno... So, how do you know it's Satdi?... I don't, but it is... So what time?..."

I have the time written on a piece of paper!

...one for the kids, there.

Can also add Leeds, Villa & Everton all playing Premier League matches in London same weekend.
