Could play double cuppies!A doubles match, us and Citeh against Manu and Brighton
At least Doyle and McAtee could play then.
We could then branch out into mixed doubles with the mens and women's teams
It'll be a dream for the BBC to air such a game
Trains from Manchester Piccadilly might be busier than usual Saturday morning too.I assume we’re not playing at the same time as Man U. Be a bit tight for space with 44 players on the pitch
I know. That extra time and penalties could run it close!!5:30pm would seem likely (clashes with no Prem fixtures) except that's clearly unfair on the majority of fans.- last train London to Sheffield appears to be at 21:31.
Man city play on the Wednesday man utd play Thursday so man u can't play Saturday ,just the kick off time to confirmWhere you seen this mate. Still TBC on the FA Website.
Most likely will be Saturday, but still not confirmed yet.
Haaland would still get a hattrickI assume we’re not playing at the same time as Man U. Be a bit tight for space with 44 players on the pitch
Yep you'd miss the last train if it went to penalties. Obviously everyone'll expect Blades to win it in normal time, but you just never know in football.I know. That extra time and penalties could run it close!!
Nobody is listeningManure playing Seville on 20th April (thursday before the weekend) so will have to play sunday
We knowThe game is being played on Saturday![]()

It's goalie stick in the Cup. FA rules apparentlythey could make it interesting and play goalie wag
Last season, the Saturday game was 3:30pm5:30pm would seem likely (clashes with no Prem fixtures) except that's clearly unfair on the majority of fans.- last train London to Sheffield appears to be at 21:31.
It won't be safe because if I see anyone leaving early they'll get double kidney punched.Just putting it out there but I think it will be probably safe to leave on about 80 minutes
That was because it was Easter Saturday and all the EFL games took place on Friday and Monday that weekend. Not the case this year. They won't do early kick off due to potential for extra time and penalties - game has to be finished for 2.45 pm.Last season, the Saturday game was 3:30pm

The blackout is for the efl not the PL.Just checked and the PL games kicked off as normal on the Saturday. 4x games at 3pm. All lower leagues will have been Friday & Monday though

They can't even say it's because we're still paying for Wembley anymore. Our game should be played at Old Trafford or Villa Park
Wembley is located in a complete toilet with an infrastructure inferior to Mogadishu.
The return journey travel time by coach is around 6 hours.
Unlikely you'd get a train if ko is at teatime.
Seen us in 1 cup semi at old Wembley and 1 at new along with 3 PO finals and the results were less hurtfull than the journeys. Cardiff was an easier trek v Wolves as was Old Trafford v Arse and Newcastle.
At least when we lost the 2 legged PO game at The Lane against Bristol City it only took 30 mins to get home. Carl $%%^&(^&£" Shutt!!!!!
The blackout is for the efl not the PL.
One ball or two ?That melee might be our best hope of a result.
Only if you can find someone with double kidneys !!It won't be safe because if I see anyone leaving early they'll get double kidney punched.
Last season, the Saturday game was 3:30pm
Yeah but look at all those 50000 Wendy fans who will stay at home to watch us instead of going to see the vital game against (checks fixtures) Burton Albion. Also stupid in this day and age. Everybody has access to any game they want. If they prefer to watch it at home, they will.
3pm blackout is ridiculous
That is correct but they were only able to do it because there were no efl games so the blackout did not apply.I believe that was an exception due to extreme rail disruption, rather than any indication that they're allowing general exceptions of the (ridiculous) 3pm no telly rule
Could be extreme rail disruption again this time…..strike days for April not announced yetI believe that was an exception due to extreme rail disruption, rather than any indication that they're allowing general exceptions of the (ridiculous) 3pm no telly rule
