Personally not very much, but if it doesn't stop happening, the whole stand will be shut and then it will affect pretty much everyone who goes to games. Also, I have mates who come every now and then who can't come in the stand at the minute and so rather than sit on their own, just don't bother coming. It's a slight annoyance to me and that's it. But I sit in my seat every game and I'm not part of the group who think the rules shouldn't apply to them. Entitled pricks.
The rules are there, whether you agree with them or not, to allow safe exit in the case of an emergency, say there was a fire, or there was a terrorist attack. It would affect me if you and your mates were all blocking up up the emergency exits because they couldn't stand to be apart for 90mins. I think the rules are excessive and should be changed, but the people who have to apply the rules and issue safety certificates will have no choice to apply them and whether the coked up morons at the back think the rules don't matter or not, if it isn't fixed then we'll end up losing part of the stand by default. And it won't be anyone's fault but those who don't sit in their seats, not the club, not the SAG, not the Council, just the fans, because the rules exist, won't be changed for us and have to be applied.
