Also injuries like this are not just bad luck someone at the club is not doing their job or an area if the e club is underfunded….

Poor half

Started ok. Decent pressing. Then we lost RND and it all went to pot a bit.

Better defensively but still a little worrying. There's almost nothing in our midfield protecting the defence. Osborn was ok in the middle for 10 but looks all over at LWB.

The biggest issue is the ball not sticking up front. They've had poor service but it just kept coming back.

We improved a bit towards half time but we look lightweight in the centre.

I am very much not liking our players calling for cards though. They seem to have started doing it recently and there's no need. McAtee with another reckless challenge. We need a solid CM. desperately.

It’s a careful tactic for me, he clearly doesn’t trust Doyle’s defensive ability. With the squad available it surely screams to try 3 up top inc N’Diaye sitting in the hole

What I don’t understand is how we create playing like this? We’re simply relying on wingbacks to cross it in! Hence why we couldn’t break 9 men down on Saturday. Really poor at the moment

Really disappointing. Compare us to lowly Blackpool who came to the Lane and took the game to us with some very good attacking football. We are nowhere near that intensity when playing away.

Difficult since McAtee came on as sub but un less Fleck is read then I can't see another option. We need to push them back and keep the call in their half.
