This lad has been an absolute sensation .

After much thought , I can’t remember being so confident of and comfortable with a Blades goalkeeper since the days of Alan Kelly and that includes Mr. £30 million Aaron Ramsdale .

I think he’s been great. He has superb reactions, and he’s got tremendous agility too. Far better than Ramsdale showed with us. I remember when we conceded vs Wolves and Villa and it looked like he had concrete in his boots.

Wes just looks very assured and it translates well to the defence.

He’s got the second highest clean sheet total in the Championship which is ridiculous when you consider Lee Nichols has 15 from 37 and Wes has 14 from just 24.

You could say it's because our defence has improved...

but we've actually used the most different defensive player combinations in the league and Egan isn't exactly having a standout season.

We need to appreciate how many points Wes has actually gained us this season.
