Thought it was well known that jags pushed in back so that's why his hands went up. Not relegated with VAR what a difference that last 12 years would have been. That pig envying fan had better go into hiding.on national TVs for f*cks sake.

Where the fuck did they get the supposed fan from.
Just about threw the towel in, saying we would get beat often and bigged up the pigs, saying we were a small club.

Not got much skill. Fucking numpty. We were represented by a chronic sufferer from Bladey Inferiority Complex. Embarrassing. Utterly embarrassing. Dear, oh dear.

I was there & have always held the opinion that Jags had been given a nudge from behind, when that happens when you are in midair it is almost impossible to stop your arms going up.

Yeah well we need answers from any player that accidentaly commits a handball in a Blades shirt.

Even if its over a decade later, we demand an explanation! 🤣

You do wonder how they find them. Facebook? Twitter? "Wanted: Sheffield United Fan. Must have following opinions or be willing to work toward them. Your team are small. You aren't even the biggest team in your city. You're going to get hammered quite a bit.

Pessimism essential. Cute offspring would be a bonus. Full kit wanker preferred."

It isn’t well known because it isn’t true. Bio-mechanics simply don’t work in that way and certainly not at the angle of Jagielka’s body when he deliberately handled the ball.

Here’s a big clue. He never said that at a time, neither did the madman on the touch line.

That was proper cringe.

The “fan” needs a stadium ban.

Bettis already talking about planning for the Championship.

Not sure if I buy all the “legacy” stuff.

If we go back down you just know we will sell anyone who’ been a success in Premier League next summer. Let’s try and stop up.

Do you think after 12 years it’s probably time to let it go now?

I thought that one particular line aside from the fan it was a decent piece that.

Also the first proper look back at the Jagielka handball after all the original footage of that had been destroyed – remarkable that the BBC found a copy.

There's a clip on you tube.

A complete fallacy. Especially at that angle. Try it. It may have been a moment of madness in the heat of the moment but it does his fans no credit to make up silly excuses that neither he nor the idiot manager relied upon at the time. That was a deliberate hand ball. That’s why the referee rightly gave a penalty.

Can't agree with you about the biomechanics. What do you think jags is arguingfuriuosly with the ref about?

Sorry Pinch 'owd love but you are wrong again, seen it many times & have had it done to me in a game more than once. Now, if you had said that the sinned upon player exaggerated the movement to make sure the ref sees it, then I would have agreed with you.

Contacting fan site admins. Although they didn't go with the contacts we gave them - they wanted to film midweek in the day and people weren't available.

So they found the worst type of small time, cap-doffing Uriah Heeps S2 has to offer? How wearily predictable. Embarrassing:

Saw FF quite enjoyed what they said about us, was it Micah Richards and that bird and Dan all were complementary to us, who the hell that fan was "we've always been smaller club, pigs bigger" WTF. With a statement like that I can see him getting lamped as soon as he walks in ground next Sunday.

Our fan on tv played the “we’re a little club BUT we’ll try really hard” card and the BBC lapped it up.

No mention that it’s the best football we’ve seen and the best manager we’ve had in nearly 50 years.

Regards the “pigs bigger” comment he forgot to put the word “traditionally” in front on it.
Over history SW are slightly bigger than us in most things but in recent history (last 20 years) we’ve generally been bigger than them in almost everything.

You are entirely wrong. Consult a practitioner in bio-mechanics. Utter bollocks. Why did the former Everton player and Ol’ Big Nose never claim that? Risible apologetic nonsense.

I played football for a long time at a decent amateur level. I never once threw my hands way above my head as an involuntary reaction to a push.

Why would he deliberately handball it?

It makes no sense.
