Agree BB. Personally, I'd swap Freeman for Lundstram and Sharp for Robinson but expect CW to start with a flat mid 3 which includes Lundstram.

Interestingly, it sounds as though Ramsdale has got a good chance of starting for Bournemouth.

We have to be going there to get at Bournemouth and try for the win.

Howe will be expecting the Lundstram Formation so we could catch them by surprise a bit.

If we stick to the formation that got us to where we are and select the best players to play in that formation , I can see us winning this one .

On the other hand , if we play with a flat midfield and particularly one that includes Lundstram , I can see us getting turned over .

I've got nothing against the lad but it has to be more than coincidence that most of our worst performances have come about when he's started , such as the first two games of last season .

If someone can explain to me how a player who has been given the opportunity to prove himself in both League 1 and the Championship and been found wanting , can suddenly become a player worthy of a place in the Premier League , then I would welcome such advice as it would clearly enhance my understanding of the game which I have only been watching for 72 years .

I think we will play the same system that we did at Leeds,take a point,but try and win three.The personnel have changed so much since then that it is impossible to predict who will play,some are more certain than others,this would be my starting team,only change is Jagielka for Cranie :

Definately the most interesting position. robbo seems to link better with goldie (from pre-season) and IMO robbo has to start, Sharp almost deserves it but we've spent £17 mill on Burnie and we've been told no place for sentiment, Mousset will be wanting a start when hes up to speed as well.

Maybe robbo and sharp will start with Goldie playing the duffy role and Mcburnie on the bench. Will be hard on whoevers been benched.

Some of the comments about Lundstram are ridiculous. In what possible way would it be “sentiment” if (if) CW picks him? he might be right or wrong, but it wouldn’t be because of sentiment. If he was that kind of manager, Duffy would be playing.
