Assuming all teams win there games in hand there will be 7 teams within 6 points of each other.

Just hope the 4 below us manage minimal points from the game in hand now.

Shows how quickly things can change. I thought Leeds were nailed on to win the league a couple of weeks ago, now look at them
Certainly by some of their fans. Even had Championship champions 2018/9 trophies for sake online

THIS IS BEST OPPORTUNITY TO GET PROMOTED EVER. WE WILL NEVER HAVE ANOTHER CHANCE. THE LEAGUE WILL BE MUCH HARDER NEXT YEAR.

:D
Certainly there will only be one automatic place up for grabs with pigs Champions.

They’re all big games now but Friday seems larger than most. Lose and we could be six points back by the end of the weekend. That said I don’t think any team can assume a gimme at this stage. You’d bet good money on Norwich stuffing Ipswich but as we’ve found recently derbies are weird games and who knows.

Alternatively, win and we could end up top should results go our way. Huge game

Getting extraordinarily frustrated with Norwich and their stubborn refusal to go back to being inconsistent fodder as they were last season.

That’s just a cliche though, they say it’s going to get harder every year.
With the powerful Stoke and West Brom and a decent Swansea coming down
With an impressive Wigan and Blackburn going up.
All the investment at Forest and not forgetting the Frank Lampard effect at Derby and the Bielsa effect at Leeds.

Apparently this season was going to be much tougher and a higher standard than last season.

Looking at grafikhaus's Compared to Last Season tables, it's astonishing that we've only got 4 points more than this stage last year - yet then we were about 7th or 8th, with fans (some of 'em, anyway) in meltdown about our "relegation form". And yet this season, 4 points less right now and we'd still be 3rd. Does this show how much higher the standard was in the division last season? (although if Cardiff got promoted, surely not)

If a league has a higher standard then surely it’s more difficult to gain points.

The fact that no one is able to run away with the league suggests it might be one of the highest standards it’s ever been.
Unlike previous seasons, this season there are so many very good teams.
We are much better than last seasons team but as you say only 4 points better off compared to last season.

8 points better off.

Don't forget this season has just got a whole lot harder now HMS piss the league has set sail again with Captain Bruce at the helm

Looking at the team this year we are stronger. We must be about 3-4 points better off than we were this time last year as well.
