We can't beat the top sides and we don't have much depth and we don't win when we don't play well and Norwood is shit sometimes and they're unfit especially Freeman he always looks nackered and Wilder makes bad substitutions.

heh. slasher post. go and have a lie down Steve. you're going to feel a right prat tomorrow mate :D (i sometimes do this myself)

Forest are NOT a top side.
They have virtually no goal threat and don't look anything like a top side.
We are overly reliant on playing our very best 11 and we don't perform with any changes to the formation or preferred personnel.
Any one of about 8 teams could win this division this season.

he's trying to play this great style of football with a load of bang average championship players. no pace with full backs or up front.

table disagrees with you mate ;)

Again Wilder went for it with the substitution of Coutts for McGoldrick and going for a more attacking formation.

I'm sure he hoped we'd be strong enough to dominate the game and force them back, but instead we saw some similarities with the Derby second half, where they ran straight through us a couple of times. Norwood and Fleck had far too much space to cover, and it was a luxury keeping both strikers on (neither of whom were very involved) while adding McGoldrick behind them.

In general we did miss a link between midfield and attack, so McGoldrick was probably needed. But in hindsight I think we should have sacrificed one of the strikers.

something something .. we've lost.. something.. we're crap.. something .. wilder's crap.. ffs get a grip :D

I don't know the guy who is the best man in the world rankings if we were better than every other person we could have a better job with a good player at this stage of the season.

I think our passing was a little off today but you have to give Forest credit, they closed us down well all game which prevented our free flowing game.

If they had stood off us it might have been a different game!

The frustration is understandable.

We're regularly taking the game to sides in the top half but away from home we don't have enough goal threat and often concede at least one sloppy goal or avoidable goal. It's very difficult to criticise because of what we're achieving with what we have.

No-one is running away with it as it stands and if we're in the mix come January we just have to hope for once that we'll find a couple of game changers. Yeah I know.....

ha ha ha. nice one.. i'd agree with you about Blackwell. i had the same argument on the kop once. 'yeah we're near the top but we're wank' type of thing. we aren't wank this time though

The art of punctuation is dead.

It does, Pal.
But you have to admit, this is a very, very even league this year and there isn't anything like a 'Fulham' (of last year), let alone a 'Wolves'.
I know it's very easy to over-react after losing but we just look like we have too many 'bad days' in us at the moment.
We'll see.

I'm kinda magnanimous. Like when eating kedgerie for Sunday dinner.
