I thought Paul Shaw was a good footballer, wasted in a Warnock team

The Wilder era has probably already peaked, mainly thanks to the owners.
Nobody really cares about our home atmosphere and it's only going to get worse.
The Kop is broken and unable to provide anything resembling good vocal support, largely because our fans are fucking stupid.
Those who insist on sitting on the Kop are a big problem and need to fuck off to another part of the ground.
Chris Wilder under values our young players and got it horrendously wrong with DCL.
'£4m' for John Egan is far too much. We've broken our transfer record on a pretty basic centre half.
This is our last season of Fleck and O'Connell.
We've seen the best of the Coutts - Fleck partnership.
I used to play against a guy who made something like 3 appearances for Stranraer's reserves and no you couldn't.i'm in Scotland ATM and we get the Scottish football. 'i' could score three for Motherwell mate![]()
i'm perfectly aware of this. the comment was for comic value mateI used to play against a guy who made something like 3 appearances for Stranraer's reserves and no you couldn't.
so was mine! (edit: although it is also true)i'm perfectly aware of this. the comment was for comic value mate![]()
Simonsen gets too much grief for the playoff final penalty shootout defeat. Williamson, Lowton and Taylor deserved more.

Henderson is no better than Moore.
Egan is no better than Stearman.
Woodburn is no better than Brooks (without an ‘e’).
We haven’t moved forward one inch.
But we’ve spent some serious money, chasing rainbows!
We will be in the bottom half of the table at the end of September.
Wednesday will be above us.
Sorry to spoil the party chaps but I think most or all of these could come true.
Last season was our best chance in the last 12 years to get back to the Prem. Poor Wilder wasn’t backed properly and this season he’ll be made a victim by some of you, as we struggle to convince in the first few months.

I’d say Egan is a good additional if not bought to replace O’Connell. Woodburn is an excellent loan and replacement for Brooks. I don’t know enough about Henderson to comment.
Either way your post doesn’t make too much sense because even if the signings are only as good as what we have or had we’d be the same as last time with Coutts back. I’m under no illusion that next season won’t be tough because we are no longer a surprise package and teams will set up a certain way to try and contain the way we play but your post is so unnecessarily negative.
