The fact we've moved quickly in other areas ahead of other teams with our early business allows us to take time on other signings, and he's right to highlight that some of his best business came in August.

Obviously if Leonard hasn't signed by 6pm this evening we need to move on...

Did anyone else notice the long pause when Wilder was asked if there had been contact with Sunderland? That tells me that their interest was definite, even if the interest was only a tentative enquiry.
