Having lost every single league game since late September, Bury had two good away draws over the festivities and were unlucky not to win at Bradford yesterday. I'm not sure if them finally stopping the rot will work in our favour as they were due to break their bad run, or if the 2 away draws will give them a boost in a 'nothing to lose' game at home.

Either way, they've got some very good players at this level. I think we will really need to be on our game. UTB!

Looking forward to this one.

They've been poor at home recently, conceding a lot of goals.

Tiredness will be a massive factor for this game with only one day in between, and they will have had to work harder away at Bradford than we did at home to Northampton yesterday in a game we dominated possession in.

We also have a 2 hour head start on our recovery with the earlier kick off!

We have McDuff.

We've got Billy Sharp.

So I'm confident. Do think it will be a hard game though.

It sounds like we will be the home team :-)

Vaughan needs marking tightly he's a good player but the biggest danger will be the pitch, we are great on our Desso pitch and play some lovely football on it, but on a not so good surfaces like Coventry we seem to struggle and I feel their pitch could be a great leveller.

It depends on Bury's approach. If they adopt tactics like those we've witnessed in the past 3 games by the opposition it will be close. If they fancy themselves being the home team and have a go we will put them to the sword. Ditto rest of the season.

I'm just hoping that they've got a cover on it with tonight's freezing weather forecast.
