Wish him all the best but at the same time I think eventually we'll look back on this transfer as one we let go for relative peanuts. He has the attributes to be a top striker.

On the other hand his sale prevented sales of more established first team players.

I didn't particularly like seeing him kiss their badge as I never noted a similar celebration for us when he scored but that wasn't often in fairness and that's not meant as a dig.

It may be irrational but it just annoyed me. He was a decent striker with us but very young and he's barely played for them since the move. I think a loan move to us after the transfer to them would have suited all parties.
