Four names…..and who would be your choice as the next manager? Careful now….
I can't work out if you're being sarcastic or not?Skubala at Lincoln is doing an incredible job and playing better football than we do. Imagine, picking up a manager from a lower league who's taken an unfancied team to the very verge of promotion, with inventive, direct, skilfull styles that the fans are loving.
Just imagine that were possible.
Exactly like he did in 2016. The point is that there are others, to answer the question I replied to.I can't work out if you're being sarcastic or not?
You mean like Wilder did with us in 2016/17?
On the OP, can everyone just accept that Wilder is going NOWHERE for the foreseeable. He was sacked last summer, rather unfairly in my opinion, the board realised their mistake and he agreed to come back, which is an unprecedented sequence of events. They are not going to dispense of his services any time soon. He will be managing us next season, no question, so why don't we all settle down, get used to it and support the team.
This is me exactly. I'm not too fussed about handing over another £550+ for another mediocre season. I know that's not what it's all about as a fan and loyality and all that, but it is frustrating to watch us capitulate game after game. Yesterday's result was very encouraging considering that rediculous red card, but the play offs are now gone imo. Then I will have to make a decision about renewing my season ticket for next season.
I am struggling to motivate myself to go to the remaining games and after last Saturday's bore feast the thought of 23 games like that next season is not exactly making me in a rush to part with my money.
I went through the same emotions when Wilder left the first time but it's turned out to be a great shout. This is me exactly. I will no doubt renew as I enjoy the day out with the lad and to be honest, I don't want to lose our seats which we would struggle to match later on if we did let them go now.
For me, Wilder has one more season to get us up or the board will move him on - then what happens
Fckin football eh?
