I think it's the pathetic and cringeworthiness that makes it funny? And you can hear in his voice that he's gone to silly lengths just to get a 'fuck off you piggy bastards' on a local radio show, which I have to admit (with a bit of guilt) I found hilarious.

There was a Hull fan who came on after 'that game' and he called Paddy Kenny a 'cheating cunt' - which wasn't funny.

I don’t think many people are offended, we’ve all heard swear words before, i just happen to think that there is a time and a place to use them, and in using them in this particular context, was stupid.
