because chances were being put on a plate for him playing in a very offensive and good footballing side ?
He won't from me.i think chris will get a fantastic reception on new years day but after that i think it will be the best atmosphere at the lane this season
He might not get the chance, dont forget Liverpool’s buy-back option on Brewster. It should have been written into his severance package that he is contractually obliged to buy Brewster, Mcburnie, Burke and Berge for a combined £80m for any club he joins in the following 24 months.
bit mean that numpty after he took us from league 1 to 9th in premier league had a nightmare last year but still think he will get an ovation then i hope our fans give our lads the loudest backing of the season and we smash the smoggies 4 - 0He won't from me.
I know Ancientblade, it's not like me to be mean (really!!), but the whole thing and how it all fell to pieces spectacularly has left a bit of a sour taste for me. We did have some brilliant times, but the wheels were starting to fall off a bit (yes, I know we beat Chelsea and Spurs!!), towards the end of the PL season.bit mean that numpty after he took us from league 1 to 9th in premier league had a nightmare last year but still think he will get an ovation then i hope our fans give our lads the loudest backing of the season and we smash the smoggies 4 - 0
i was more dissapointed with his attitude towards the end of his tenure being so stubborn about not changing or trying anything different to a system that obviously wasnt working still think he will get a great reception though and if our fans arnt up for this one they never will beI know Ancientblade, it's not like me to be mean (really!!), but the whole thing and how it all fell to pieces spectacularly has left a bit of a sour taste for me. I won't boo, but I don't think an ovation for someone who ultimately failed and then walked away with more cash than I've earned in a lifetime (I'm 63) sits well with me. No meanness or malice intended!!![]()
I for one will not give him a standing ovation. Slava and whoever is wearing Red and white shirt will get my ovation. Would you give your ex partner a standing ovation if they walked into your local pub. Would you fuck, if you want to clap him. Google map will take you to the Riverside.![]()
I'll be up for the game, just not the ex-manager!i was more dissapointed with his attitude towards the end of his tenure being so stubborn about not changing or trying anything different to a system that obviously wasnt working still think he will get a great reception though and if our fans arnt up for this one they never will be
