Fan park on Devonshire Green for Wednesday's game seems the like the place to be, providing it's well-organised and not ticketed/charging entry. I do wonder though...

Are we missing a trick by not showing it on our screen and opening the South Stand? Be great to watch it in the company of Blades, couple of thousand people paying a fiver or so entry would be a nice bit of pocket money or a good wedge for charity and the atmosphere would be cracking. I know it'd be incredibly short notice for staff/catering etc. but perhaps things could've been in place in case of the eventuality that we got this far?

Just a thought.
 
It's strange that we have a team one game away from a World Cup final on foreign soil for the first time in history, and people are still complaining.

They've made us proud already this tournament, but they deserve every plaudit coming to them if the unthinkable does happen.

As a card carrying EDL member, Hitler Youth, KKK, Franco Nationalist, NF, BM and one of Moseley's original blackshirts, I found it quite amusing.



BTW, it was filmed in multiracial Hoxton and features people of a darker shade than the normal EDL rally.

I don’t doubt that. It’s still embarrassing. Just like scruffy flags hanging from houses and pitiful plastic car flags bearing oversized handkerchiefs.

Some people have no self-respect. How can we possibly expect them to respect other nations. A bridge too far, I fear.

Now. I’ve just been there. They (the majority) are not Nazi sympathisers either. That’s ancient history in any event. There are more neo-fascists in England’s green and pleasant land than Croatia.
