Just because people want England to win, doesn't make them bigoted racists. I was born here and have lived here my whole life. I always want England to win because I'm English. Not just football, in all sports that I don't even follow.
My parents are pure English and I'm not aware of another nationality in our history. If there was, I'd probably have a soft spot for that nation too.
I'm a football fan and I support Sheffield United, not because I chose to, but because my dad and my uncle's do. My children both support SUFC as a result of me.
As a football fan, I love to watch the biggest tournament on earth, and i'm proud that my country is doing so well in it.
Our country has A LOT of pure fucking wankers, most countries do, however, they are (luckily) a minority when compared to the millions of English people in the world.
