Gerronit .

Ar Bills being pipped by Clac Zough at the bog trotters ffs

Oztumer only 5% - that's a joke!

He's been on fire, and only playing for Walsall. Scored in pretty much every game with one or two crackers in there. Would've liked him here on a free tbh.

Closes at 6pm... get on it! Let's melt the site so he wins the bloody thing!

36% each after my intervention ;)

Yeah would have loved it if we got him, scored that worldie for Peterborough last season against us...

Oztumer is a very good player. He's a bit of a luxury in the sense that he does half a job in midfield but he does that half a job better than anyone in the division. One of the most technically gifted players at this level. But Walsall don't have any fans compared to us, Bolton and Bradford so he was never going to get a look in.

So who's the winner ?

Sky say the winner is announced at 10 A.M today but I can't find the announcement anywhere ???

We could do with someone signing Clough in January. He could have a Ched-like the second half of the season.

Bolton Wanderers striker Zach Clough has won the PFA Fans' League One Player of the Month award for October.

More than 11,000 votes were cast in the poll, which was held on the Sky Sports website and apps, with Clough winning what proved a two-man race with 4,249 votes.

Sheffield United captain Billy Sharp came second in the poll with 3,885 votes ahead of Bradford's Billy Clarke in third with 1,267 votes. Rounding off the top six were AFC Wimbledon's Tom Elliott (946), Coventry's Marvin Sordell (901) and Walsall's Erhun Oztumer (630).

What a stupid fucking award!

It's judged by fans who are hardly going to vote for players of other clubs, players they've not had the chance to see. It should be judged by a panel who have watched every game for that month, there's enough fucking money knocking about in football now to make panellists available, even players shits get sponsored these days.

Good morning folks! :)

So Bolton, whose average home crowd so far is 13,917 (including by far their highest crowd this season - 17,050 - against the Blades) got more votes than Billy's United - average crowd 19,295. Hmm.

Perhaps we haven't got as many numpties as Bolton have, I mean who'd vote in a poll as daft as this? :D You're not voting on who should win it, you're basically voting on who you want to win it and it can't be seen any other way, it's impossible!
