They need to grow up, seriously if you can't have banter at football then don't turn up. Coventry fans are pathetic. They're a nothing club and always have been, I feel sorry for sisu, wasting all that money on a teaming blue and white, what a stupid thing to do. Can't even fill their stadium, so they had to rent it out to some shite London rugby team, in order to get their costs covered. they belong with Millwall, two teams who think they are massive yet belong in the pub leagues.

They've always had a pathetic need to be liked, anything to hide the insecurity over their own significance.

Always found it weird how in a competitive sport people want to be liked by other fans. To me it just shows your insignificance.

Me and our kid went to Coventry for their first ever home game in div 1 in 1967 i think. Can't remember if we won 1.0 or lost 1.0 but their fans thought they were the bees knees and spent most of the game trying to get on our end and after the game they were waiting outside for a mosh up.............big mistake. Hated them ever since!
 
Top banter by the blades fans. Even tol' Gage on radio found it funny.

And I watched a bloke taking a crying young lass out of the stadium early this evening, as he had read of Cov scum planning to ambush Blades. Well done Cov football fans, you reap what you sow.

It is what Wednesday fans do after every situation we find ourselves in. They were so far up West Ham fans arseholes during the Tevez affair it was embarrassing to read.

I am sure they will be piping up on Praise or Grumble.

Whenever I see tweets like this I always hope our lot won't retweet them or put them on here. I know the natural instinct is to protect one of our own, and I'm not for a second doubting your intentions, but I can't help think we bring it to his family's attention and cause more hurt. :(
 
Their behaviour was disgraceful - taking the opportunity to totally disrupt the game with the opportunism offered by Sky TV (and our promotion ambitions plus current league position and profile), and putting the match in danger of being abandoned with minutes left to play. The referee was probably affected by the intimidation of the toxic situation, and most unlikely to be able to act professionally and impartially under those circumstances. It was, at times, bordering on farce and must have been extremely difficult for our players to keep their concentration. It was unnerving sat at home watching it on TV - God knows what it must have been like for the players!
Tremendous credit goes to the players for managing to keep their concentration, though I think it affected our performance adversely. We should have had a penalty, but maybe the ref was afraid to piss them off more than the owners and this season's results had done already. Their reactions to the Blades fans are pathetic. If they had been through what we've been through - the Tevez fiasco, the gross injustice of the free "Get-out-of-Jail" card for the unmentionables in S6, resulting in the pain of suffering 6 years in this league with a procession of inept managers and over-blown over-paid has-beens on the pitch etc. then they might be entitled to some sympathy. Keep your invasions and demonstrations in the right place and at the right time (car-park maybe?) but for Gawd's sake don't repeat that nonsense, and if you do - don't expect all other fans to prop you up with their support too.

Everything they ever do is just fucking cringeworthy. I've also said you can point Wednesday fans out before they even mention football. That aura of sad-wankerness is impossible to disguise.

Imagine perusing social media desperate to interact with anyone who might not like your rivals? There's a seriously huge paradox between thinking you are a massive club yet acting in a such a fucking tinpot manner at every given opportunity.

This paradox of course will be lost on those fucking simpletons at S6, they probably think it's headache tablet.

I see your point and my intentions are good.
The reason I've shared it is so that the originator gets a shitstorm, hopefully very publicly and it gets nipped in the bud. Hopefully in the process, maybe persuading others that doing the same is not such a good idea

Isnt it a warm lovely cosy feeling to be hated by other teams fans again. Boy ive missed that feeling. Love it when we are hated as it means we have upset some of the poor dears.

The Pigs can stay universally liked by other fans and can continue to suck off other fans on the internet to be 'best chums'...cos that means they are still an insignificant nothing club. The 'love us cos we love you back' pig fans are just sad pathetic insecure twats.

Give me a bit of loathing from others towards the Blades any day. Why..? cos it means we matter and are significant.
