Let's be totally honest, it's womens football played by women. It's a totally different game to mens football so enjoy it for what it is, a game so far off the standard of the men's game it's off the chart.

1. The game is nowhere close to League One standard. Maybe League One of the Bible Class League but not even close to a decent amateur men's league, let alone League One.

2. It's incredibly slow, and the physical side is so bad it looks like WWE. Whether that's down to poor balance or just a lack of viciousness I don't know, but when they do go in hard it's a tad cringeworthy.

3. There's footage of them diving aplenty on tinterweb but again, they're so bad at it there's no wonder they cut it out.

4. Slow pace and bang average technique doesn't make for good football.

5. Capitulation is what happens in kids games, enough said.

Believe it or not I'm not a fan . Having said that, if you are then I genuinely am glad that you enjoyed the day. The spectacle looks great, as does Sheffield and the Lane, so that's good and if folks have a fun day out that's marvelous.

I've loved the invasion of all the beautiful European girls in town. I was gutted when it became clear England will be playing here in the semi. Grrrrrrrrrr I suppose we can hope Spain win, but I doubt it.

So now rather than the wonderful atmosphere I was looking forward to, it will be ........................... Beautiful and charming European girls v Munters and Shit Wasps.

And the fuckwit men these European 'girls' will meet will look like what at the Lane?

I think the biggest difference between the two is that at men's football you get a load of wankers and yoof (mostly cunts) who are all out on the piss and coke and just want to ruin everyone else's day.

Yesterday was a great advert for women's football, but also a great example of how more inclusive and fun the stadium could be for the men's game once the toxic masculinity and twattish behaviour is toned down or removed.

I have tickets for a Netherlands men's game in Qatar, and I predict it'll be similar to yesterday, as the issues we have in the men's game is largely an internal one, and not an international one.

It is mainly an English thing probably but isn't there a substantial hoolie issue in men's domestic Dutch game? Am not sure.

"meet"?? Does a girl have to "meet" somebody to have a good time? I don't think so. I'm talking greeting people with a welcome smile and a "have a great time guys - enjoy Sheffield". The buzz of the first 3 games (1st and last in particular) has been amazing. Away with the Munters and Shit Wasps, bring on the beautiful and charming espanolas! Vamos!

I absolutely love the whole 'fan walk' thing. Be an excellent thing for United fans to do on a matchday (weather permitting...)

Can't imagine the council would allow it to happen from Dev Green, especially when away fans usually approach from that end of town. But a similar do on Heeley Millennium Park or Lowfield Park (where the U-Mix centre is) would be ideal.

I like it, it looks great and creates a great atmosphere. However we might have to revise the starting point to include our aging and portly, exercise dodging fans. Maybe we could start at the cricketers.

You are right though the council and SYP would absolutely shit themselves about a fan walk. Imagine all the red tape for the council to consider not to mention if someone brought a non fire proof flag that was bigger than an a4 size piece of paper.

September 24th 2017 the Blades did a fan march to Hillsborough. Unfortunately that was due to SYP having their normal kittens and holding up the tram. Got into the ground well after kick off and missed a 'stunning start'.

All went well at the end of the day.

Yep, unavailable until Saturday 23rd, so once all QF matches have finished, the portal will be open again I suspect!

They said tonight was a sell out, 28k there in a 30k stadium. Plenty of empty seats, so not a sell out. Be interesting if they allow all seats to be sold for the semi or not.

It's possible that not all seats are available, they might have had to use some of the space for other things such as media etc like they have at the Lane (even the improved media facilities for the Premier league weren't enough for the euros)

Bought all my tickets last year through Eufa, bit disappointed to be seated on the very back row of the kop, gangway G to the far left of the goal as you look at it from the pitch for the semi final after having superb seats for the 3 group games, but hopefully the atmosphere will be good and we will get a clear view of the goal unless the pillar is restricting the view. Up in the Gods for the Wembley final too but can't complain at £15 a ticket I suppose.

That's probably right when you take into account all the areas closed off being used for media and other things - guessing they list the capacity available for use during these games rather than the actual stadium capacity...

A fair few rows at the front of the kop have been covered over, a large section at the back of the south stand has been blocked off for media use.

So around 29k is probably about right for current usable capacity
