He seems to play closer to Moore who seemed quite isolated with Brewster. Early days, but it looks like they could work well together.
Stoke fans felt there was a player in Campbell, but their system didn’t suit him, maybe ours does.
To be fair r he doesn't look the hardest working footballer I've ever seenWas never a system thing, he’s perfect for the right side of a front three. The issue was form and fitness (and arguably attitude). All things that can be worked on and improved.
I had more than doubts. First few games he wasn't showing for the ball, seems to position himself to be kind of the right area, but actually not available.got to admit i had my doubts about him but last 2 games has convinced me otherwise the shirt is his to lose imo far better movement off the ball than brewster

Last couple he's flipped that round completely and looked a continual danger. Also, his goals have been classic striker goals, ones that that netted regardless.
They are the type of goal that nobody would criticise it not going in. But a natural goalscorer puts it in.Billy scored one very similar to his first one a few seasons ago. Took it with his back to goal, swivelled and slotted it in. It was in front of the kop too.
Billy scored a few like that. I think the one you're thinking of was the 4th in the fantastic 4-1 against Villa in 2018-19.Billy scored one very similar to his first one a few seasons ago. Took it with his back to goal, swivelled and slotted it in. It was in front of the kop too.

He scored a less spectacular one away at Bury in the 3-1 in 2016-17 and I seem to recall another similar one away at Shrewsbury in the same season.
And the one that didn't go in he scored anywayStat on Sky was that he’s scored 3 of his last 4 shots on target. Would like to know the off target number as well but suggests he’s clinical.
Thought the other day we might get 10 goals this season from him and frankly for a free transfer that’s solid.Already scored as many this year as he did last. Hasn't got fully fit yet. Not sure if he's a 15/20 a year type striker but he's doing a good job at looking like one in recent weeks!
depends what you call end product, have gave the pigs defends the eye for a cut back then slotted TC through perfectly. TC’s finish wa qualityhe's got no pace and there's very little end product.
And he's a fucking unit.I see a touch of Billy Sharp about Campbell.
Busy, tidy and hard working without being hugely impactful in open play. But.... give him half a sniff at goal and it's usually in the net.
