I'd have him on a deal until the end of the season, seems to chip in with a few goals and never been below Championship level. Surely worth a punt.Never heard of him. Any good?
I see age isn't particularly on his side...
Yep looks like him
I'm sure Wilder said recently he's still looking for a wide player
Was on loan at Millers, but don't know how he performed? 32, has he still got it? Only made 5 appearances in 2016
Any idea which Reece Brown? There's 2 of 'em. One 20yr old and one 24 yr old.

Chris Burke used to be awesome.. Not sure how good he is these days. I imagine that he would be more than capable in this shitty league.

if you're going off the sleeve tattoo, I think it's different. Ends at the elbow on one pic, and doesn't on the other.Fucking hell.....it's him!View attachment 19692
I'd rather Brooks and Whiteman go on loan to L2, somewhere like Crewe. Non league's OK to give the kids a taste of men's football but the standard below the conference is poor and I'd question how much they'd actually learn playing at a low level. Given they've already played a bit with the first team I think non league would be a step backwards.5 matches on loan with the Millers and 2 goals. Not a bad return.
If we plan on using Lavery as a striker then it still leaves scope for another wide player given that I'd be surprised if we are playing 3-5-2 at home.
We've Duffy, a bona fide starter. We've Chapman, to me impact sub, anything else is a bonus. Scougall will be there or thereabouts. Does Wilder risk Brooks or does he take an old head for half a season or a season? He then has no potential reliance on Brooks, still has the option of sending on a youth loan (I think) and is covered with a former international, who has always played in the league above, is proven and scores goals?
In contrast, I see less value in Brown. We have 2 left centre backs, 2 right centre backs, one of which can cover right back. Both Basham and Whiteman can also cover plus Freeman has an excellent injury history.
I'd rather Holla or similar to put genuine pressure on Basham. He has a bit of a free ride. Like Brooks, Whiteman can deputise for Basham if injured but is unlikely to push him out. A youth loan for him would be good and get some genuine pressure on Basham.
I may be talking bollocks about youth loans. But you get my gist. Brooks and Whiteman are nice to have if we've got the luxury but you can't beat genuine competition. 6 months in non-league could be the making of them if this is at all possible.

Yes, he took us apart when Brum beat us 4-0 in the cup at the Lane in 2012.Didn't Burke have a very good game in the cup when we played Birmingham?
Up there with Kabba and Bridges as great performances by oppos I have enjoyed.Didn't Burke have a very good game in the cup when we played Birmingham?
You mean they have access to the Internet?Must admit, Wilder and Knill's scouting system seems to have it's finger on the pulse of who's available.
Could do a job if those YouTube clips are owt to go by
