Do you think Spurs will/can keep this good form up? Had a fairly easy start to the season, and even little old us looked like we could get at you, but nevertheless good results.

We will definitely have a wobble sooner or later. It will be interesting to see how we react to that.

Be good to see someone else challenge. It would be nice if it was someone outside the Sky 6 but failing that, might as well be you lot! It was even refreshing having Arsenal nearly won it last season.

I.WISH.YOU.WOULD.
Why does any Blade want to hear that shit tonight?

Because it's relevant to what happened today.
If United had taken that onboard, maybe they'd have at least a point
instead of nothing. Bad management if they're not aware of how he
sets up his team to play. There's Managers and then there's elite Managers.

We lost it after we made the defensive subs, completely lost our shape at the back, you could see it coming,
As someone said you can't defend for ninety minutes and not expect to lose - no
McAtee had kept them watching him, he was subbed off maybe tired, his replacement touched the ball once or twice with one of his touches a long punt straight to the keeper, turning over possession.

Elite? What managing Celtic a year 11 side playing year 7's every week?
If the 'we never stop' shit was taken literally, we'd never stop narrowly losing games in the last few minutes. Can you please explain why saying, 'we never stop' seems to inspire you so much?

If you can't handle losing a football match, maybe you need to find something less stressful.
Pipe down old man, pipe down.

God that was painful, in a bar in Shanghai, full of ManU fans (almost all the screens showing this one). The table I sat at was all West ham fans, could it get any worse?
Yes, I went for a piss when they equalised and came back to 2-1.
Where did 12 minutes come from?
Not one other Blade in the bar. I realised when I cheered at our goal and everyone laughed in the bar as I was the only one watching this game..
Painful, painful. I feel for everyone on the bus home.
Any Chinese folk watching us?

Football. Its a game of three halves and we lost to a third half winner. 😔

Personal insults? Way to go 'young man'. Grow up please, come back and involve with meaningful dialogue. Next... !

Was watching with my mates in the pub, and we all said, to a man, there would be at least 8-10 mins added. How is everyone so upset? We weren't robbed and we didn't deserve to win the game.

The end

Was in the bath. Son let me know we were 1-0 up at 95 minutes & I couldn't help wondering whether we could hang on for a draw. Predictable.

Any Chinese folk watching us?
Nope. Mostly Man U and West Ham shirts (though the place errupted when Brighton scored), then later on the Italian shirts outnumbered everyone (the blue and black shirt team - one of the Milans I think) I did some recording, I'll edit it later and stick it up if I can. When I cheered, most of the Chinese turned to look at our screen and clapped though! I think I was the only one watching the screen in the corner. When I came out of the bog, everyone was looking at me, so I knew something was wrong.

Anyone watched it back to calculate the added time yet?

Edit: I was expecting 7 or 8, but obviously mime was only a wild guess.

Just watched match of the day.

McBurnie first was a yellow. Second one my first reaction was what the fuck? But there is a new directive in place now, we have it in place on Sundays and I assume it applies too to bottom. Basically no ref abuse, doing so is punishable. Ive even seen a fairly limp “fucking hell ref” resulting in a word.

Archer nowhere to be seen, Souza slower than a donkey. Another 3 points slipped through the net.
What....?

Pretty sure Souza was excellent. Archer did what he could leading the line.

Also surprised to see so many comments about bad defending, switching off etc. Arguably mistakes for the goals but...

RE Basham marking Richarlison... sometimes the attackers score headers at corners. Cant stop that 100% of the time.

Ahmedhodzic did brilliantly defensively but then should have booted it, not given Archer a very difficult job on the touchline. Punished. But the goal actually squeezed though JLTs legs which is pretty unfortunate.

If you watch the Richarlison goal from behind Bash is pushed into a (probably deliberately placed) Spurs player, so never really had chance to recover.

My issue with McBurnies second is two fold:

1 - He genuinely appears to only say that his shirt was being pulled, they need to stop the intimidating/bollocks, but not genuine communication.

2 - Maddison and Son spent their time constantly trying to referee the game, hounded him at half time and on multiple occasions appeared from the away end to be asking for cards, yet other than the booking for his mega flounce, the ref just let them. Same with City the other week.
