Come on then, everyone's thinking about It, it affects every blade in one way or another, so what do you thinks going to be the outcome of all this boardroom bollocks!?

McCabe to rule.....
Prince deep pockets to take control....
Stay as joint owners and let us carry on with buttons for budget......

What's guna be th'outcome!!?????

Lane sold to Chinese Dave for student flats. Ground share at Swillsborough. Attendance at first home game 3 (dogs). Puppies actually , so they paid Under 5 price to get in. Man City put an extra tier on the Etihad and fund the Pennine Tunnel which is toll-free for 30,000 ex-Blades on match days. Mottram & Glossop residents erect a statue of McCabe & the Prince in thanksgiving.

I think the boardroom situation will rumble on for months. I'd like McCabe to pull out of the talks and try and find other investment from elsewhere.
The uncertainty may eventually force wilder to leave and nobody wants that!!!. I do hope I'm proved wrong!. UTB

So without knowing what the prince has planned you want McCabe to pull out?

Then you’ve somehow found the worst case scenario for the playing side...

Dont want the Prince,i think he will bugga the club, flatten Bramall Lane and move us to somewhere south of Handsworth.

I don't. I think he understands the club and our principles now. I think the reason for the debacle is that McCabe wants to sell the club but doesnt want to deep down. Like splitting up with a bird. You know it's right but she's got cracking tits.

That said, I don't think the Prince is rich enough to spend big. Maybe a few £2-3m, players nothing more. Sometimes change is good

I think when our final position is resolved (probably is already) and there isnt gonna be a fight over the PL money

(which is why I think it all kicked off, someone thought we were on the way up back in December)

It will be fairly clear to them both what they are negotiating over ... a mid table Championship Club,

with about an £8 million deficit to be serviced, and additional investment for progress ...

I know McCabe wont / cant move us on, I hope the Prince can

Which, unless he isn’t going to build us a new stadium, doesn’t make any sense as it would actually leave him out of pocket.

The facts don't actually back that up as far as United are concerned. There's no way he's getting his money back as things stand.

I think KM is a wily old fox and probably employs good Counsel. I have a hunch that he'll come out on top in this situation, although you're right about an overall profit, he's stuck a hell of a lot of £ into the club over the years, which he's no chance of recouping. What I meant was, if the worst case scenario happens for him, I don't think he'll end up getting bitch slapped & sent away with his tail between his legs.

Think McCabe plays the long game- whilever we’re comfortable at Champ level with a manageable budget and not haemorrhaging cash, he’ll sit tight. All then comes down to how much patience HRH has/how arsed he still is, or whether either has a viable investor in the wings.

So to sum up; Wilder and Mitchell will need to pull a few more rabbits out of a few more hats.

Neither are rich enough to push us on to even Brighton / Brentford levels of spending.

I don't we need to be at those levels, we just need to be a level above were we are, keep CW and not sell our players when they blossom. I appreciate we didn't have the money and it's just my opinion, but when the dust settles this season, we were probably just a broken leg, a case of glandular fever & a further £10m of transfer monies away from the play offs. That close.

Brentford are part of the new future of english football, as long as the owner stays alive, they have a very bright future. Brighton I'm not 100% sure about. I think there natural position is as a championship team, although I maybe totally wrong on that call. :)

Yeah I think this is it. 2 ‘poor’ football chairmen are arguing over property rather than football. One wants to retire the other get a little bit richer that’s my take.

The only hope I cling onto is that there is no Saudi owners of ‘top flight’ clubs. The World Cup is in Qatar and they are very competitive nations over there and maybe they want a team. BLADES. With chop chop square being well known around the world, who knows. Maybe when the 100 strong family get together happens, they’ll all agree to fund us !

On a side note, just read about Fulham’s owner hoping to buy Wembley for £600m and this is what we are up against. Pretty impossible to compete at present

As per typical legal things, 2 or 3 years from now we are still talking about it with nothing resolved and no investment other than money raised from sales.

They can’t agree a valuation until we know if we’re in this division or up through the playoffs. It can’t happen any earlier than that.

I probably didn't word it right but the silence from both owners leaves us all wondering what the hell is going to happen?.
It would allay my fears if we had some news of any description?. UTB

Or 4th option, they both piss off as someone else want some to buy the blub

Even if I accept , for arguments sake , that the Saudis want an English club , what on earth would possess them to buy the categorically unluckiest one in the entire history of league football ?
Surely there are enough sleeping giants like MK Plastics with affluent Southern catchment areas close to London , which their advisers would prefer ?
Or just buy an "off the shelf" Prem club at a healthy premium over current market capitalisation , taking no risk that promotion might not happen.
