You're the saddest Pig on here.
Pathetic reply!
Prove to me you are a Uniteite.
For starters, which United player in the 1970's was getting slated and then scored a wonder goal after dribbling paste 5 players?
Who was once classed as United's fastest ever player?

Your English teacher should be shot. Mind you, that's if you went to school?

Tony Field by the way.

D
Dribbling paste🤔
Is that summat players stick to their socks to help keep the ball?
Or the spillage from your mouth that comes out with all the other shite you spout.
Just curious like🙄
Like your creative thinking 🤣

Trenton Wiggan by the way to your 2nd Q.

Good old Blackburn.....snigger.

I

Would say Jeff Salmons is the quickest

Mmhhh, not sure about that. I know TW was a very good athlete in his younger days before he signed for United. Won various national school tournaments in the 400m and he was very rapid. Problem was he was a much better sprinter than footballer and he wasn't really up to the required standard. Still, I read an article about him a couple of years ago and he seemed to be in good health, and a genuinely nice man.

Adrian Littlejohn was quick too, as was Kyle Walker (KW's old man used to play football with Trenton when they were both at school). Still, reckon Trenton was the quickest though. All subjective of course.

I mean, in absolute terms it was Kyle Walker, although we didn't see a lot of it in a Blades shirt, but I remember John Pemberton being very quick, who was once singled out by a sprinting coach as having the best technique he had seen for a footballer.

Eddie Colquhoun & David Powell were also quick too, although in Powell's case injuries blunted his speed, and his career sadly.
