Regardless of how well we are playing surely it's time to rally behind the team with 11 games to go!

Keep quiet you voice of reason at the back
Also meant to add we're in the top 6 not the bottom 4 ffs!
Here we go again
What do we have to do? Sing our hearts out for the lads? All wear the same coloured shirts? Organize a huge Blades line dance on the kop so the "boys" will know we still love 'em?
Its hard for fans to be enthusiastic with the way we have been playing at home, its just not lively to watch.Regardless of how well we are playing
Regardless of how well we are playing surely it's time to rally behind the team with ten and a half games to go!

Agree it's an awfull league and should the team not at least make the play offs they and the manager deserve much criticism but for now get behind em !
Picture this it is 35 minutes into the first half at the Stadium of Light, you're 4 nil down to your nearest relegation rivals who have scored only 4 away goals all season when
The Bubbly bright PA announcers come on and says
Our stand in announcer would have been attacked if he did that at sunderland yesterday xSo that's Black Cats 0, Villa 4
Hes not asking for us to blindly cheer shite ,the team is lacking in confidence and taking the piss and jeering makes them less confident. Getting behind them will make the players feel more confident and try things they daren't in a hostile atmosphere ,its human nature and the same at any level. We are behind the team , but is the team behind us . You pay your money , you take your choice . Pity the all SUFC management and playing staff aren't showing the commitment as us fans , especially the away contingent who spend the weekend quality time and hard earned cash watching the blades.
As one of the post thread said - here we go again. We can blindly cheer shite for so long .

Agree Sitwell.
A lot of our players are very young, they need encouragement, they need us to get behind them. We have been very quiet atBramall Lane the last two home matches .
I know it's not easy to shout and cheer when we are playing so nervously, but surely that's the time to get behind the team. Just like we did at Wembley, just like we did at the Lane when we played Spurs. Now is the time to shout and encourage, not boo and criticise. Let's criticise on here, yes, but at the Lane we need to get behind them and a sGary Sinclair says, become the twelth man.
So let's cheer wildly and sing "ole" for every completed sideways and backwards pass and let's go crazy when the ball goes forward and smile knowingly when the ball comes back again.
We should all shave our heads and wear orange and grin benignly as we witness the poor lambs struggling on our behalf, content in the knowledge that they have feelings that are much more important than our own.
Clough was manically trying to get the players to push up yesterday accrding to the radio. But the fear they are playing under is not just from the crowd. That's a symptom of negative tactics employed. If they don't donas they are told they get that criticism from management and the consequence is that they don't take risks and be don't express themselves. That's clearly he problem since we can all recognise that they are better players than what they are serving up in he league - as evidenced by he wins at Sham, QPR, Brizzle and the Performances vs Spurs
