Just put Basham in midfield, still leaves a spare sub to chuck Burke on for McGoldrick instead

I think Ampadu was injured wasn't he? But yeah, even in previous seasons his substitutions have been questionable.By far and away Wilders weakest aspect of management, his substitutions are set in stone most of the time like they were on manager games, he wasted the Ampadu substitution too, baffling!
Yes he was Ftpe, I meant the fact he brought another CB on when we were supposed to be chasing the game, especially when he brings Bash off for a forward thinking player all the time anyway when we are losing, when Ampadu came off it was the perfect time to go to 4 at the back and bring an attacking player on, it was a terrible sub.I think Ampadu was injured wasn't he? Exactly, he went to four at the back about five minutes later and as you say swapped Basham for Brewster?Yes he was Ftpe, I meant the fact he brought another CB on when we were supposed to be chasing the game, especially when he brings Bash off for a forward thinking player all the time anyway when we are losing, when Ampadu came off it was the perfect time to go to 4 at the back and bring an attacking player on, it was a terrible sub.
It was laughable at the time, almost like he’s lost the plot, everybody knew what was coming and he didn’t let anyone down and duly delivered his mandatory substitution.Exactly, he went to four at the back about five minutes later and as you say swapped Basham for Brewster?
Baffling decision![]()
I’d have paid to see thatView attachment 98635
Quite possibly the most pointless substitution Wilder has ever made when chasing a result.
May aswell have brought Verrips on and made him do the Macarena behind the goal.
I care. I hope to fucking god I don’t.Don't care if I never see Lundstram again.
Another way to look at it is he brought on one of lasts season's top scorers and our midfielder with an eye for goal.
Burke sub was more obvious but you can't just chuck striker after striker on when West Ham are dropping deep.

Reyt eye for goal he’s got, missed pen and about 3 golden opportunities so far this season. I’d rather put Foderingham in midfield.
Missing one chance every other game doesn’t justify a place in the teamStill getting the opportunies though isn't he, more than any other midfielder we've got. 5 goals last season is a good return.

He can FUCK OFF. Lazy piece of shit milking this club dry the lazy cunt.
Rumours. He’s doing what 99% of the population would do.
He’s currently the lowest paid player at the club and understands that he’s not going to be a regular.
He’s not made loads of money in the game yet as he’s generally been a lower division player.
We’ve offered him a big pay rise (probably £20K + bonuses) but rumours in London are that Moyes wants him at West Ham....reckon he’ll get £60K.
Even if he never plays for West Ham....that contract makes him a millionaire....let’s be honest...it’s tempting.
