The Lundstram sub

No pic but I was slightly confused by it. Didn't really seem that more offensive although we have seen Lunny get in good goal scoring positions.

How can he expect any type of increase of contract or attract another club. Backward passing as soon as a defender stands in front of him doesn't cut it in the Prem.
Show other teams what you can do attack find some guts man.
Cut the vegan diet ask Baldock and Egan for some raw meat to dine on.

Mindset is everything when confidence is low - in any walk of life. Imagine seeing a player jog onto the pitch who makes it clear to all to see that he doesn’t want to be their, whom the manager has publicly said has rejected the chance to remain a part of the team. Wilders a hero for what he has done over the last few years but in constantly selecting Lundstram, either in a starting position or on the bench, is killing this team he has built.

Remember in the Championship when we used to bring Lundstram on to see a game out/ leave one on Grealish?

You usually do that when you're winning, not losing 1-0.

Still think the Lundstram from the first half of last season is the player we're missing most. More than Henderson, JOC, Fleck...

John Lundstram August 2019 - January 2020, unbelievable player, but seems like he'll be the future textbook entry for "purple patch" at the moment, doesn't help the rest of the team are playing badly but he just doesn't look the same player.

The only thing that's really remained is his decent shooting.

At the risk of being glib, that period ranks right up there as one of the best players I've seen in a Blades shirt.

Just a shame he's been an utter cunt since...

Form is temporary, class is permanent and all that.

That hot streak seemed more than form though. He was our best player for the first half the season and his goals won us god knows how many points. His energy levels and work rate were off the charts.

Just a shame all of those things are like my youth and a thing of the past!!

Well he was probably the best/ most effective player in one of our best teams so it's a fair statement.

Also one of the most widely revered players we've had that I can remember, what with all the Lord Lundstram stuff. Everyone was talking about him and Sky were putting him in their England call up coverage.

Was expecting it to happen two minutes before:

Translates: Game stretched now. Should consider taking off a centre half to strengthen midfield.
