Couldn't get to the game as the A59 was blocked with a landslide and I didn't have time to traipse through Leeds or Bradford - so I watched it on shoutbox (and BBC website). Stuck it out til the end and it was worth it! Relieved that I can't pick up RS and have to put up with listening to KE ;)

Not guilty... however ive had egg on my face before so thought better of it!!!

Even though we came from 3-0 down to draw 3-3 its still a pretty bad result tbf.

At least i wasnt guilty of tweeting Phipps abuse at 3-0 like some though!!

Shout box followers will testify to my unwavering faith.

Even refused to cash out the in play bet I had on Blades at 2-0 down.

How is a draw away at Wigan a bad result? Bad 1st half performance by the sounds of it, but draw your away games, win your home ones.

Agreed about the people tweeting (abusing) Mr Phipps though... some people need to give their head a wobble.

I jumped the gun last Saturday when I said we should field a second string side at Old Trafford and save our players for the more important Wigan game.

When we were 3-0 down I thought how right I was. However how the lads clawed their way back from 3-0 down in the last 22 minutes when Wigan had had a free weekend beggars belief and logic. A remarkable feat of bottle and grit. Let's kick on now and see where it gets us.

Follow this result up with an away win on Saturday and we have real momentum. Must sort out the goals against column though. Bit like Man Utd, relax the shackles a little bit and the floodgates open.

Credit to the players who were great.

Credit to Adkins too. We were really pressing and getting through even though we hadn't scored. He stuck with what was working and it paid off.

Long kept us in it first half. Two very good saves - one for a goal kick.

Edgar and Collins had to look after defending as we pressed and they were excellent too.

At 3-0 I thought that's it season over! Thought well done B56 for taking the tickets back and not having to drive back in a mood (wanker). Contemplated turning radio off and putting a Bowie compilation on and crying for and hour or so. Then I thought, no, i moan when people leave early, I picked em as my team, I call myself a Blade and condemned both my sons to the same fate so hear it out however bad it gets. I hit the feckin ceiling at 3-3 and screamed at the radio fully expecting a 3-4 win. But I'll take the draw.

According to keeeiiffff on radio pig Sharp was a one man army when the other players heads went down he dragged em back up. Interested to hear from anyone who, went if that was true

Oh I flounced off when the first went in off the ref :( my only excuse is we are still two hours behind you lot in England and it was hot in the Western Cape today, and Keith Edwards does my head in. Well done United for the fight back.

I jumped the gun when it was still nil nil for fucks sake!

About half a dozen to the right of me left as the third flew in. Given the length of time it took us to get out of the car park I almost want to half condone it

Keith should step aside and let someone else have a go.

Billy was great, led the way, but the team.got us back in it.

We came back from 3 down at Swindon, and Billy wasn't there on the pitch that night.

At 2-nowt , took the dog out for a walk , muttering, why the fuck do I continue following this fucking team of ours ,
when are they going to get their act together,
An hour later , got back to the house and it's 3apiece .
Yippee , what a team , 20 to 5 on Satdi we'll be back in the depths of dispare, when Porter scores the winner .

No flounce from me ,just my usual mumblings about how and why Baxter still gets a shirt.
A bit harsh tonight that as I could pick out at least 3 that had far worse games than him. Granted he wasn't great but with exception of JayMac and maybe Hammond and Bash they were all pretty poor during that first half. Credit where due though, Billy lead a great fightback and for a moment I thought we had nicked it

Edgar and Brayford in particularly had terrible matches defensively and once again cost us dearly. Collins wasn't much better and the only defender to come out with any credit was Jay Mac who was excellent but pipped by Billy for MOTM

Sat at the ground, I had a bit of a whinge about not being able to wait to spend so many hours travelling to Colchester to sit through more... But no sooner had we surmised I'd be over that feeling by Thurs morning and stupidly looking forward to it, the Blades remembered what they were supposed to be up to!

'Those who may have left early have short memories eg 'Was there a fire drill?' Some sort of pay back for the very unfortunate Newton Heath result.

Not guilty, couldn't be arsed to stay up and listen, so went to sleep instead and saw the score this morning

Just winning the home ones that is causing us a problem.
