Knowing ahead of time that it’s at risk and it’s already at an inconvenient time anyway because of TV, but surely common sense would be to cancel it now, more than 24 hours ahead of the game on Friday and move to Sunday/ Monday/ Tuesday/ Wednesday* when this storm should’ve passed.

Neither side are playing midweek next week and anyone that can’t make it gets a full refund (since it’s on tv anyway and should be moved to a tv appropriate time)

Its -4 F with -20 F wind chill here in the Ohio.... Only my wife (who is in Mexico with her mom in 80 F) and my beloved SUFC can keep me warm in these Arctic temps so lets go on Friday as I need to stay warm!!

I’m reflecting on tomorrow as well. It’s normally hit and miss with the trains at the best of times. Don’t want to find myself stuck in Sheff at 11pm.
Northern any excuse to cancel.

Too many people today have been infected by the woke mind virus. In the 80's, the wind was that strong Paul Stancliffe once literally blew away during a game and ended up on West Street. He just ran back to the now roofless stadium and carried on playing, naked as the day he was born because his clothes had flew off his body, and got Man Of The Match. If they cancel the last train they are obliged to provide you with transport back to the station from where your journey originated.
