Chris Wilder's Oxford United come to Bramall Lane and are beaten 3-0 in the FA Cup First Round.My main memory of this match was the reception given to Blades legend and Oxford goalkeeper coach Alan Hodgkinson before the game.

David Weir, Adams was before Danny Wilson. I had included Heckingbottom although he was really only caretaker manager.
