They could have agreed a deal in principal, passed it to EFL for them to cast their beady eyes over it with the intention of finalising once we know which division we are in.

I can see sense in that, but the reported news is that the deal has been agreed for 115 million.

So it's either 115 million but with add-ons, if we get promoted back to the top tier, or it's 115 million and done?

I would expect them to have drawn a line in the sand to confirm a minimum figure of £115m and an escalation clause if we were to gain promotion. As we all know what is reported and what is fact are two totally different things and we are all grasping at straws.
if anyone is paying £115m for us, the only way they make a profit is to get us into the premiership subsequently exciting times if It goes ahead

“Quiet billionaire”

That’s encouraging from Jim Phipps

If that’s true, then I feel more comfortable about it. Last thing we need is a poundland billionaire taking over

Don’t be too rude

Sick of this already .... I will believe it when it's done (if) ... otherwise Hecky needs to carry on regardless ... plan with frees and loans for next year ... this is just an unnecessary distraction ... do it then announce it!

Anyone watched Calendar!

Carol from the Railway was on alongside others who appeared to be on the way to get their methadone.

“Princes put nowt in, glad he’s gone”

Come on, own up…….

Ok Sean, it's a fair cop 🤫

Takes 3 months (on average) for a house purchase to complete, so it’s fair to assume buying a multi million pound business might also take time
You're absolutely right, but I don't think this information will be enough to keep thousands of mattresses in Sheffield dry if it's not done by the time the transfer window opens.

Sold to Paul Woolhouse.

Henry Mauriss sounds like it could be a cover name for Henri Matisse.
I don't know much about him either but I do know that he has drawn more than a few mucky pictures, very badly from the looks of things
